Inexpensive alternative, but no headphone support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought these as an inexpensive extra controller option for when friends come over. I think they are decent, but there are a few downsides. I got these as Deal of the Day for $20 and for that price it's not shabby. Great for kids if you don't want them chatting online. PROS: - Inexpensive - No batteries required - LED lights are cool gimmick - Long cord CONS: - NO HEADPHONE JACK. It's fine when you're playing a game alone, but sometimes a friend comes online and wants to chat, I have to stop and swap controllers. - Analog sticks may begin to drift after a few months use/wear. It's not significantly off, but when I put the controller down my character will slowly walk forward in every game.

Good PC gaming controller
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this to use while playing games on my laptop & gaming desktop. Thus far it's done it's job really well. It doesn't feel as hefty as an official Xbox controller but doesn't feel completely cheap either. The custom colors is a cool touch. Not bad for the sale price I got it for ($14.99).

Bad trigger
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had seen reviews stating that the right trigger did not work on their controller. I took a chance and got one, but sure enough, the right tigger started acting up. I bought the controller because it was one of the only wired controllers on the market. Don't buy this. It has major faulty engineering.

Great, but has some issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, so I bought this controller almost a year ago and thus far it has been a great controller, but there are some cons with it that outweigh the pros. Build Quality: 4 out of 5 So this thing feels great, and I'm not talking about the ergonomics. I'm talking about the materials quality. The plastic doesn't feel cheap and the buttons/sticks are all very responsive. The only thing that I have a gripe about are the RB and LB buttons - they have sweet spots that need to be pressed on to get them to trigger. If you're like me and your fingers go all the way across these buttons, hitting the sweet spot can be difficult to get them to actually function. This is the only gripe I have about the buttons on this controller, the rest of them feel amazing and have great response, the D-Pad in particular is great. Ergonomics Quality: 3 out of 5 This controller is comfortable enough to hold, but it has some issues 'molding' to your hands. It doesn't fit quite right in mine and after a while the controller starts to feel uncomfortable to me in the hands. Everyone has differences though, like I can't stand the way the PS2/3/4 controllers feel in my hands. Get cramps after using them for so long, but everyone else seems to love them... but I digress. Lighting Quality: 3 out of 5 While the controller's primary purpose is to be held while you look away from it to play your games, it does have RGB lighting built in which is great. The only downside is it isn't as vibrant as the box led me on to believe. It does look good, don't get me wrong, but the colors and intensity of the light are... lacking. It does do what it says though, so there's that. Longevity Quality: 1 out of 5 So this is the main reason I'm writing this review. I bought this controller to replace a Xbox 360 Afterglow controller for my PC. When this controller worked it was decent enough to use. After not even one year of light use however, the right trigger has stopped working correctly. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... it's kinda on a 'when it feels like it' basis. And sometimes it even only works halfway even though you have it fully depressed. I could have dealt with it if it were like the back button or the start button, but the right trigger is a little bit important for most games, especially GTA V which was the primary reason this controller was purchased. I've ended up back on my Afterglow controller ultimately, and couldn't be happier. Overall Quality: 2.5 out of 5 Summary: While this controller is very flashy and looks amazing, ultimately you'd be better off buying a Xbox 360 Afterglow controller if you're looking for a great PC controller. If you're buying this for the Xbox One, then you'd ultimately be better off buying an actual Xbox brand controller than you would be getting this thing. I would recommend staying away from this controller, ultimately.

Huge Letdown
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros- The lighting options are cool and the controller feels more like the Xbox 360 predecessor than the current Xbox One controller. Cons- The red color doesn't look red enough and appears pink. There is no mic jack on this controller. This controller actually would be amazing in my opinion if it weren't for the lack of a mic jack. With no way to talk to your friends I see no relevance for this controller on a console built around community play. It's really a shame because without that huge oversight this would be a quality controller. The only possible way to recommend this controller to someone would be if they never wanted to talk to anyone they are playing with or chose to suffer through the Kinect chat option.

Love it
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't play all that much but my last controller for the 360 was a light up one so I wanted another one. I like how this one you can change the light settings, my 4 year old son enjoys "playing" with his dad with my light up controller, and it wasn't as expensive as a wireless!

AMAZING CONTROLLER, if.....
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If... you like spending 50 bucks on a new controller every 2 weeks to a month. This controller is junk. Don't make the mistake I did, I purchased this controller as a replacement for an older controller from gamestop: http://www.gamestop.com/xbox-360/accessories/gamestop-xbox-360-controller/43229 long story short, a controller I've had for 4 years, outlasted one I bought 2 months ago. DO NOT BUY BUYER BEWARE HOLY MOLEY, THIS PAPERWEIGHT IS AWESOME!

Cheap Feel
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The controller is very uncomfortable with analog sticks that have sharp edges that cut into your thumbs. The back plastic has a grotesque pattern that feels extremely cheap. The led light isn't anything special and actually just makes me think of all the gross cheap madcats controllers that die in a month. I couldn't see spending more than $15 on this terrible product.

Solid, but not great.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This controller is pretty, with all the colors and lighting options. The wired design is nice, except for the cord could be longer. The controller itself feels good, but my one gripe is that at normal price you're only saving about $5-10 over the official Xbox controller, so you're better off just getting the wireless one.

duo purpose
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My son loves the responsive feel of this controller and the light show of changing colors. I love that light show as it's one more way to yell if he is still playing when I approach his room!

Good Controller for the X-Box
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You won't find a better controller for the price and the look and feel is just like the OEM.

Broke within 3 months
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My kids play video games maybe every other day. The x key began to stick on the controller. I tried to clean it with rubbing alcohol but that didn't help. You get what you pay for. My son got it a little over 3 months ago. I tried to take it back but couldn't because it was past 90 days. Very annoyed.

Poor quality controller
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had for about one month and then the trigger button malfunction. People asked me to leave xbox live because I suck due to the malfunction trigger button. This controller is going into the trash. Buy the controller made by Microsoft instead. I would not waste my money on this controller.

Cool features, but has issues.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had this controller as a back up to my original for long gaming sessions. The LED light options are nice and all, but I've run into an issue where some buttons, particularly the left trigger, wants to stick in the active position, so if I'm playing a shooter, it's constantly bringing up my scope or sights. If I'm racing I'm constantly on my brakes. Nothing I do unsticks it, so take that as you will.
