My only complaint is that it can be a little tricky getting the controller to line up just right and requires a little "searching" rolling the controller back and forth a little to get the contact points to drop in where they are supposed to

The charger for the DS4 had a spring loaded mechanism that was way to accidentally trigger and unseat the controller. These keep the controllers connected to charge better.
