I had to remove mine in order to get it to work, which is annoying but fair to a point, but on top of that, the design of the charging dock makes it difficult to actually get the controller to connect and charge properly.

Posted .Thanks for letting us know about this issue. It’s possible that the skin on your controller is interfering with the charging dock’s contacts, preventing a secure connection, or that there’s misalignment between the controller and dock.
