Have to ensure that the controller you're charging is sat on there properly or it doesn't charge the controller. I would find another charging dock and skip this one.

My only disappointment is that it’s not easy to seat the controller and they don’t feel secure. That’s my reason for the 3 star review. It does charge quickly.
