I am an esports teacher in middle school. These get used all the time. I have purchased 7 so far. I buy them when they are on sell for a good price. Good value and good quality. Not one failure. I purchased the first one over a year ago.

I loved wired controllers personally since there's no need to worry about batteries. I love how this is similar to a Xbox controller. I love the price as the original Joy Con controllers are too expensive IMHO. I'd recommend this controller to anybody looking for a cheap alternative to buying more Joy Cons.

This remote is very good, it has very good greap to it and it’s very easy to use, the cord that come with it has very good distance from the TV to the couch, the details in the control are also very well done

Cheaper 3rd party wired version of the Switch Pro controller. I game VERY heavily and one of these lasts me about a year before either one of the buttons stops working or it develops bad stick drift. But still, for the price its well worth it. Will also work on Windows 10/11 PC (as Direct Input, NOT XInput but there are free 3rd party software that can make it work fine).

Feels comfortable and responsive with solid button feedback. Plug-and-play works instantly, and the build quality is excellent for the price. Ideal backup or main controller.

Very good wired controller compared to what you pay. The buttons are responsive and have no problems so far. Good for people that play mostly in docked mode since there's so need to sync and it is almost impossible to use undocked without a specific adapter. It doesn't have motion controls or rumble but it's also less than half the price of a pro controller.

Controller that the kids can be a little rough with and not feel bad if they ruin it. Solid little controllers though. Would like more if the cord was permanently attached.

I never actually used it, I didn't realize I bought the wired version so before I left the store I returned it and got the unwired one which is excellent

So I got these for my daughter for Xmas, but haven't really used them. Until the JoyCons malfunctioned. I sent them off to be repaired, and this works great. The 10ft. cable it comes with allows us to sit on the couch and play. Paid 24.99 for it during Black Friday!

Good bang for your buck! Bought this for my kid to use on the Nintendo Switch Lite and it works well. You do have to buy a USB to USB-C adapter, but that’s not a issue, I found one at Best Buy for $10. It’s better then buying batteries for most of the Nintendo controllers or paying $70 for a good wireless one.

Works amazingly well for a $5 controller. I think it’s missing some features like HD rumble, gyro aiming, and nfc but I personally never use those features. The only real downside to me is the lack of waking the console with the home button. But for $5 this is an excellent deal.

Great price, makes multiplayer on the switch a must. Works really nice and I enjoy the joystick design since I am familiar with the box controller, it feels almost the same on the hand. The cable is long enough as well.

This is a solid controller if you are looking for something cheap to use and don't mind being wired. When docked my switch is close enough that this is a non-issue. Controls are responsive, and it feels fine. There is no rumble and obviously at this price, no wireless. If that doesn't bother you, this is a great cheap solution.

These are great controllers for the price. They have very usably long cords which negates the lack of wireless mobility. They are not the primary controllers, and perhaps that is why they've tested the time. But I've had them for a while, and they've lasted. I've been happy with them.

Bought this when I realized our guest didn't have a controller to use for Super Smash Bro. The traditional "controller " feel is a welcomed and familiar feel. The weight is not excessive and the product works. Downside is it is a wired controller, but the length adjusts for that.

The buttons aren’t as loud as people say they are. If you have sensitivity to the would of clicking I’d suggest spending the extra money getting the wireless as that one is much quieter. The cord is really 10 ft long and that’s a huge plus. I would recommend this if you connect the switch to a screen often as the buttons are much larger than the switch’s. The triggers are definitely not as sensitive as I would like. But they do well for a just under 20$ controller. If you don’t want or don’t have the extra money to spend on the pro controller this is very much worth the buy.
