Great game controller to play super smash ultimate with

kids needed a new controller and like this one very much

The D-pad on the PowerA wired controller is excellent. It feels accurate and has a comfortable placement. The squishy style of D-pad, like the one found on the Wii and Wii U pads, is a welcome reprieve from the odd four-button layout on the Switch Joy-Cons.

For 20 dollars it's a decent controller that gets the job done. Its build quality leaves something to be desired but you get what you paid for. If you need a good alternative for the paddles that come with the switch or need a standard controller this works great.

Unfortunately the controller I received had a broken spring on one of the bumpers, obviously not all of the controller they sell are like this, I just happened to get a lemon. (Defective) but the graphics on the controller are pretty sweet, just like the picture. And other than the bumper it works as expected.

Got it for around 18 so its not bad but feels really cheap. Sonetimes forbsome games i feel like i have to really press on the button for it to work but not a big deal for the price i paid for.

I thought you could hook this up to your switch and maybe you can or I’m doing something wrong. I think you can only hook it up to your base and play it while it’s hooked up to your tv. I bought the switch for mobile play so I can’t say for certain if it works well or not.

Works great. I love these affordable controller s i always go for wired myself. With kids having an affordable controller option is good ad its almost guaranteed to get dropped or broken at some point. Then its not a huge loss when it inevitably happens.

It's a good controller. It's not the first party Pro Controller but it also doesn't cost as much. Be aware that to use it in the Switch's tabletop mode, you will need an adapter (sold separately.)

Love it, the controller works great! The buttons and joy stick are smooth when used. The Zelda graphics are really awesome!! I didn't mind using the cord very much it just gave me the old school feel. The cord is detachable from the controller.

My joycon controller stopped working and my son loves Zelda. Decided to purchase this wired controller due to the price. My son loves the controller and is extremely happy with it and it’s performance. Only wish you could play on the switch tablet vs tv only with this controller.

Connected right into the USB slot on the switch stand, turned on the console and it worked like a dream. It's great for the price, some may not prefer wired controllers, but I find you don't usually have connection problems with them.
