Came with templates and easy to follow instructions. Cord length was more than enough almost any installation Made hiding our wires easy.

Have not set it up yet but I have setup one previously with another TV. It is easy to use and setup. The only down side is that it is still one step away from the total custom install look as you run a cord from your outlet to the powerbridge.

I purchased this product with Geek Squad installation, which they unilaterally cancelled, and refused to install. I had an appointment; I paid for installation, and then received a voicemail informing me that they would not be able to make my appointment, and inviting me to call the store. The store was confused by that, and sent me to a contact number for the Geek Squad installations - who told me that my installation was cancelled by "the system", or possibly "the agent", and that I could wait for 10 days for my refund. In the mean time, they would be happy to accept another $50 from me to schedule a new installation, which they might or might not show up for. Four agents, none of which could help me, absolutely miserable experience, and they concluded by continuing to try to sell me more services. Absolutely not. I do not recommend using Best Buy installation services; that was the reason I bought this solution from them, but I will look for another service to do my installations in the future - and shop for my gear elsewhere.

While screwing in the plastic cover, both the top and bottom of it broke. I now have it taped to my wall, luckily it's behind something.

I had read some other 5-star reviews for this Powerbridge brand product and everyone that I read said how easy and high quality this is. I decided to order from Best Buy as I also bought my Insignia flat screen TV and wanted to wall mount it. My wife made it clear she didn't want to see wires and cords hanging down like our neighbors wall mounted TV does. Open the box and the first thing is there are no little parts to have to assemble like all the other versions brands I read 4-star reviews about have. That is the biggest reason I bought this kit. No wiring, no little screws and plastic parts that I had to figure out to make safe installation. This is electrical after all and I don't want to take any chances with my home and family if some small part was put on wrong. This kit has everything all ready to install straight into the wall, so why do anything else right? It simply just plugs together and plug it in, and there are green power indicator lights that tell you it's working. So well designed and easy to install. Get this one, don't consider anything else, you'll spend a little less money maybe on others but the time and efforts to have this Powerbridge without parts and pieces to mess with is more than worth it.

This product was very easy to install, came with everything needed and is a good quality product. My room finally looks like it is finished now that the cords are hidden.

Good for hiding wires and keep the organization neat.
