I know this game got some flak for having bugs etc. when it came out, but having just recently got the chance to play it, it would appear they fixed all those bugs. I had a relatively bug free experience and loved the entire game. The co-op multiplayer is a fun new addition and the actual story of the campaign might be the best yet!

I'm well aware of the issues that plagued this game when it first released which is why I avoided the game altogether when it first released. I never intended to purchase this game but since its been well over a year since the game released, I decided to purchase the game because at $15 and with more than a year to fix at the bugs, the game should definitely be worth buying at this point. So far I'm really enjoying this game and its much better than what I had anticipated, which could be due to the fact that I wasn't expecting much with all the legitimate complaints this game has received. So far there are no issues with the game and I'm enjoying myself as well. The co op is rather enjoyable and the game is solid. Its not better than Assassins Creed 4 but you can't go wrong with this game especially now that most if not all of its bugs have been fixed as well. If your on the fence I recommend giving it a try if you enjoy Assassin Creed games or watching some recent gameplay footage to help you decide. This is my 5th title in the series and I can say that its definitely worth playing as your find yourself having lots of fun especially with the co op.

I'm relatively new to the series but the first impression is the graphics and the attention to detail are mind blowing. The setting in Paris is interesting. If you prefer games where stealth and cunning play a part in your game, this series is for you. I liked other AC games better but this is still a solid game to play.

While the game does still have some of the bugs, they have significantly improved it to be a fully functioning game. There are a couple of bugs like characters walking through buildings without stopping but for the most part it's bug free, at least for me. The story is kind of bland compared to the others but still enjoyable.

I purchased after "the update" and have not experienced any issues on the PS4. Overall, a good AC game much like the others but different city. There is a lot to do with many side missions. As expected, much improved graphics on PS4. The companion app on iPhone reset on me and I lost all of my progression there.

Overall, great game, great storyline, and the parkour moves are awesome. My only regret was buying into the hype and pre-ordering this game. I should've waited. It's gets to be too repetitive like all AC games. Also I rarely use the pistol, and that slot machine game didn't work for me.

I love the improved graphic but game play is not as good as the other but still if you are a fan then you must get this to complete your collection. If you are not a fan then I think black flag was a much better game. This is still a good game but just not as good as the older ones.

I was at first discourage to purchase due to the amount of glithces reported in this title. however, I have experienced none as of yet and the storyline and gameplay are in my opinion superior to the last few entries in the series which I thought were rather bland games.

The design of the atmosphere is as always impressive, but the gameplay leaves a little to be desired. I'll admit that I didn't finish the game, but while what I did play was mildly entertaining, I soon lost interest. The modified means of traversing the environment did make the parkour elements a little more fluid. The characters aren't the most likable of the series, and the story as far as I saw was a bit dull. Granted, there are a plethora of side activities in this fairly expansive open world, so if the game does hit, one would have hours of potential gameplay. Maybe, I didn't get far enough in, and I am not raking this game over the coals. The game is fun and is worthy of an Assassin's Creed fans attention. It just didn't quite stick for me.

This game is good. The graphics are good, and so is the storyline. I have a great time every time I play it. Since it can be bought for $30 now and it has been patched it's a great buy. Yeah there are a few glitches but none that take away from the enjoyment of the game.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game. I like this one much better than AC Revelations and AC3. It was all around fun and enjoyable. Yes, the games was glitchy when it first released but it has been patched and it runs wayyyyyyy smoother! It's worth a play through.

AC:U is a great game. Gorgeous graphics and solid controls (with room for improvement). The story is entertaining (although not the best in the series). The stability and other issues of the launch period were addressed in the latest patches. Have fun!

Black Flag was one of my favorite games on the PS4. I haven't finished Unity yet but from a story and gameplay standpoint I think it will be just as good. The companion app is also a lot of fun and a great secondary map. The only reason why I can't give this game 5 stars is due to the startup issues. If you check reviews for this game, you'll see that this was a problem from the beginning. I just got the game a month ago and it was still a problem almost 10 months after the release. After a large update, I tried playing the game (main story, not online), and the game froze about 15 minutes in. This happened 5 times, had to delete and reinstall each time. Finally it got past that scene and the game seems to be working fine now. Really hope the next Assassin's Creed does not have the same problems, otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

One of the best looking games I've ever played. Paris is breathtaking. Gameplay is same old Assassin's Creed but they take away some of the better things from old games in favor of new mechanics that don't really work. Huge crowds cause a terrible frame rate - which the devs says isn't true but I get frame dips only in crowded ares. I don't know you tell me. The story is flat, it starts out very promising and stumbles into garbage halfway through. The amount of external apps/microtransactions they force into this game really sours my mouth. Overall, they were ambitious but their greed got the best of them. A sad ending to a promising franchise.

This game has a great story behind it as well as great graphics and a great gameplay experience.

At launch the game have lots of glitches, errors, and frame rate issues, but with the recent update all have been fixed. If you like adventure games and/or like the past Assassin's Creed games, this is a must buy game.

First of all, Yes this game does have performance issues. Are they game breaking? sometimes. Every person is different when it comes to when drops in fps become unbearable. There have been a handful of patches to "fix" some of these problems. I my opinion the game was released unfinished and not fully tested or optimized. It could have used some extra time to work out the bugs. If you love the assassin's creed game play this game is more of the same so you should know what you're getting into. I haven't got to try any co-op yet so can't comment on that. I'd say if you want to pick this up wait for a sale though.

I've had this game for 3 days now. It is similar to previous releases. You have the main story missions along with side missions. There are various things you need to collect, objectives to meet (sync viewpoints, catch couriers etc). Even after beating the game (main story) there is plenty of replayability. The graphics are amazing. When it rains the ground looks actually wet. The level of detail in the cities is excellent. Everything is very detailed. The controls are similar to previous games with the notable difference of the "touch pad" on the PS4 controller. If you click the touch pad it brings up the map. The "options" button next to the touch pad brings up the animus menu and database. Overall, it is a very fun and polished game.

This game was great, very long story and great side missions. I know it got a bad rep after it came out with many problems, but I bought it at a later date so all the patches were up and was able to enjoy this straight out of the box. The only problem was there was no multiplayer like black flag, they did have co-op missions which were awesome so I guess that offset the lack of competitive play.

The Assassin's Creed fiction is an amazing one for history and parkor fans alike and Unity is an excellent addition to that universe -- great graphics, good story, and the great Assassin's Creed gameplay!
