Good story but the game mechanics like the controls needed to be like the other ac games but it still a good game to play if you love Assassins Creed

I purchased this game with the expectation I would receive the game as shown in the picture of the item listing. The listing shows the game with the original artwork. Unfortunately, the copy I received says “greatest hits”, not the original.

acu is a must have game if you like ac games. the graphics are amazing, the story is great, the action is non stop(if you want it to be.) they completely tepid the wry weapons amd armor work, ant not in a bad way. you can customize your Sassanian to your play style now just by choosing differ peaces of armor and weapons. there is so much to do game-play wise it can seem overwellmimg at firdt. but you get thr swing of it fast. and there is even co op, and clans you can join or make your own. i would have gibe it five stars but game has some bugs to be fixed. nothing game breaking but can be annoying at timed.

This game comes under a lot of criticism for all the bugs it has but thats not really an issue anymore seeing how they've had the time to patch them. The story is fantastic if you are into the french revolution. The multiplayer is a blast when you have people to play with you can do side missions for hours and get a lot of money to unlock some cool weapons and outfits there is so much to do. This game is a gem of the series plagued by launch issues due to ubisofts rushing of a game. The game isn't perfect but its fun and that's what matters to me i haven't seen the issues with peoples faces not rendering only issue i got was when trying to stab a person in the game the animation just ends up messing up the guy dies but it doesn't feel like you've killed him. Other than that lots of fun cool missions tons of outfits to choose from and a great arsenal of weapons you will not regret picking this game up. Also there is free dlc for it so you cant complain about free stuff

This game has a lot of negativity surrounding it. This is largely due to the many bugs and glitches that plagued its release. Ubisoft seems to have fixed most of it. I personally did not experience many issues. Occasional freezing and some issues connecting to co op. Other than that, I love this game. The story is a bit short, both in length and scope. However, it was not bad. Just hard to compare it to the much better tales in AC 2 and AC Rogue. I feel the gameplay itself was improved. The updated parkour movements feel better. The fighting is harder. The AI is more aggressive and you can no longer bring down 20 men without breaking a sweat. But the kills feel brutal and satisfying once you get a good weapon. Customizing your gear is a great touch. The upgrade system is okay. A couple of things that are considering upgrades were basic for other assassins but there are just a couple of them that feel that way. Even though the story is short, there are many side missions and co op missions to flesh the game out. The city of Paris is breathtaking to look at it. Recommended for any AC fan. Those that are new to AC, give it time. It's overwhelming at first, but will grow on you as you become better.

It has been known that this game has some glitches but I enjoy playing this game. The controls can be tricky and frustrating at times but the story is great and the graphics are awesome.

Bought this game a while ago on sale, just downloaded black flag last week, hopefully its as good as unity. Alot of ppl said unity was not a good assasins creed. I thought it was great, nice story and the free roam is superb....being able to run and jump across buildings in an old french era is great. I have yet to play Dead Kings dlc as it came with the game for free do to work and other games I own, but I will in the future. Arno seems like a troubled man and his love interest is killed (bummer) but the assasin in him makes his character stand out even more. I will eventually get AC Syndicate when the price drops...these games are great.

This game is a lot of fun. It's a great new edition to the series, and offers fun new play styles, weapons, customization options, and multiplayer mode. Great graphics!

Don't get me wrong, the game has fantastic graphics and a great story but it plays much different then the rest. It is much harder to fight enemies than the other games as well as very easy to die. Each one has had its unique puzzles and forced the player to think but this one has turned the whole game into a puzzle changing situations where you could just run in, kill all the guards as well as your target into something of a realistic version. In this game you must literally look around to find a best path and makes the user utilize the surroundings which is great in theory but not a fun change from what assassin's creed has previously held. The upgrades are interesting but also quite annoying. You must literally get stronger to learn new things and make your character stronger rather than basically being able to take anything on right from the beginning. If this game were to be a re-skin of assassin's creed 4:black flag or even rogue, which was in and of itself a re-skin of black flag I would have given this game a 5/5 but considering the facts I believe ubisoft took many of the more disliked elements and made a game with them.

Assassins creed unity is the latest from the franchise and the first to fully leverage the processing power of the Xbox one. The world in which your characters story unfolds, Paris durring the French Revolution is stunning, vast and detailed. Story line is compelling and keeps you engaged, the online play with others is also a great new edition to the franchise title. Another neat feature is the combo application for your smartphone, there are some mini games and other things (not direct play with Arno) that you can do to progress the game forward while away from your Xbox. All is not gold though. Long load times, frequent updates, some control issues, and a few crashes keep this from being a 5 star. All in, worth getting, good replay value too for the AC fan.

Great amazing game single player or multiplayer. There are bugs here and there but overall one of the best game I've played.

+ stunning visuals + better climbing system + great customization + great context (being an assassin durning the Frech Revolution!) - bugs (had to had restart twice) - framerate will drop momentarily (no more than a couple seconds an hour for me but people have been reporting more) - narrative is OK (versus great for something like Revelations) - microtransactions (none of them are needed but I don't want them in my full price retail game) Ultimately the Ubisoft hype machine might be this game's biggest issue. They promised big things and instead delivered small ones. If you love the series it is still a good buy but if you're on the fence either sit this one out or wait until patches correct some of these issues.

Better graphics. somewhat better dynamics since updates originally would of been a 2 star. Story and side quest seem to have been thought about heavily. Still would only put this as my third favorite Assassin's.

Pros: Way better than the other Assassin's Creed more customizations and bigger maps.You have the option of taking blood out of the picture for young audience. Cons: Lots of bugs and repetitive missions.

If you like the previous assassins creeds, you will love this one. Amazing graphics with an interesting story line. It does take up a chunk of space on the hard drive when you install the game though.

Was not expecting much after how disappointing rouge was. However this game is awesome. This is just as good a game as Assassin's creed Brotherhood. The graphics are fantastic, the store line rocks, and the online content is fun and not lame. Definitely a must if you play the Assassin Creed games.

So, I'm only about 20% into the game. So far, I like it. It's not perfect, but I like it. I don't know if I'm not completely blown away with this game because I haven't finished it, and so I haven't experienced the full story, etc. But, I haven't been consumed by the game like I was with the older Assassins Creed games. However, the attention to detail in the graphics, movement, interaction, and overall feel of the game are incredible. Definitely the best in the franchise. I'm sure the more I play the game, the more and more I'll like it. For anyone old or new to the AC universe, I think this is a definite buy. It's so cheap right now, too, so it's almost a no-brainer to go pick it up.

The son loved it and watching him play I found it to be a very interesting game Good graphics and serious game play. Would certaininly play it myslef if I could get him to share the game.

Assassin's Creed Unity gives a new element to the Assassin's Creed universe, multiplayer. I found this to be fun, but on my Xbox One it took a decent 6-8 minutes to find a game. This version of AC is placed in France, during the French Revolution. This, accompanied with the millions of AI/NPCs AC Unity crams in, gives a very chaotic and real life perspective of what the French Revolution may have been like. I enjoyed playing the game. It had a very immersive campaign and also allowed you to run around in its GIANT open world. This game does take up 50gb and loads longer than Destiny (whaaaaaaaat?!?!). Overall, this game gets a well deserved 4/5 (or 8.5/10)

Assassin Creed Unity is a worth while outing in the series. It is definitely a better title than AC4 Black Flag. The graphics are decent. They haven't had a huge leap from the other gen consoles. The story is sound thus far. Is it the best in the series... No, but definitely better than some. Worth your time if you're a fan. If you haven't played the series yet not the best jump point. There plenty of titles out there choose something else. On the other hand the multiplayer is quite fun, especially with freinds online. So overall I say if your vested than pick it up, if not move on.
