My first exposure to Deadpool was with Marvel Heroes on PC. I have since found that I really enjoy his style of humor. So when I saw that there was a game for Xbox I wanted to play it. That being said, I recently bought an Xbox One S and quickly snatched up my copy. Not having played a console game in years, it took a minute to get used to the controls however the tutorial and game style allotted plenty of time to get acquainted well enough with the controller not to fail due to not knowing the controller and button layout which is foreign to PC gamers that are used to keyboard and mouse. The game itself is fun within the realm of content. It is nice that you can go exploring freely within the maps keeping in mind that they are not as massive as many PC MMORPGs however the game is not meant to be in that vein. This is a single player 3rd person action arcade style comic book game with a lot of dialog. It is fun that there are throwbacks to former game technologies in that at times you have to deal with less than modern graphics due to content. For you that are completionists, this game has upgrades within game that will keep you busy. With 3 levels of difficulty, you can play very laid back and casual or dive in and be completely consumed.

The witty banter in this game makes it worth the price alone. Not the best game, but a fun game if you like Deaspool.
