While it does give the full Resident Evil game play experience, it doesn't have some of the aspects that I really liked from other Resident Evil games. For example, in other games, you can sell valuables for money to buy/upgrade weapons. Another negative is that you can't hot key items or give items to teammates.

Game is short, not challenging at all. But would be good for a beginner to learn the controller of ps3, keep young kids entertained.

Game was fun, its a different game style compare to other games. And you can pass the game the same day. Not that challenging.

The Resident Evil series is one of my favorite video game series of all times, however they just can't seem to get it right anymore. When I saw the preview for this game, I thought it looked pretty awesome. Back to the roots, like playing a new Resident Evil 2 or 3 game on PS3 in PS3 graphics. Sure the story takes place in between those games, however does not have the same feel to it at all. All the controls have changed. I compare this game to playing Socom or something. Run and shoot. Run and shoot. That's all you'll be doing in this game.

The idea was great but unforcanutly this game turned out to nothing better than average.

Bought this used a while back and couldn't make it past the first level due to the AWFUL controls. I became so frustrated with everything that I turned it off and have not picked it back up since. Had potential to be something new and exciting but falls flat on it's face with the worst controls I've played with in quite some time and an awful AI.

It's a gears of war kind of resident evil instead of the horror one that we used to play.
