It plays alot like the older games minus tank Control. Graphics are nice. It's also a little creepy.

If you're an RE fan, this is a must play. Reason I played this was because I wanted to pick up the sequel to this game. Wanted to make sure I get the back story before starting #2. Glad I did.

While straying a bit from the original resident evil haunted house game play concept, the series has had it's hits and misses in doing so. Resident Evil 4 was a huge success, but personally, RE5 and RE6 were just way too far gone from the concept to keep my interest. While not exactly returning to the original theme at all, I do find Revelations to be just a little bit more fun than RE 5 or RE 6, at least enough to keep my interest without tossing it on to the shelf to gather dust.

The Revelations side series has more in common with the more horror focused entries in the main series than RE 5 or RE 6, and this alone may be a selling point for people that were disappointed in those two titles. This is basically an up-rezzed version of a handheld game (it was originally for the Nintendo 3DS) so not graphically on par with other games on the 360, but still pretty nice either way. This title brought back the fear factor that was missing in RE5, so I consider that a plus. The controls can feel somewhat clunky, but overall, a decent game.

Seems to me that these games are running low on Repeat value... I mean its pretty much the same Game over and over again. Though I have to say that the Graphics even for Xbox 360 aren't bad at all.. more like a rental then a buy

I have played 90% of the Resident Evil games so I know a little bit about them. This one fell short of my expectations. They took away the ability to run away from enemies so trying to shuffle by monsters trying to kill you is more than frustrating after a while. I tried but I just couldn't put up with speed walking away from imminent death. I didn't even want to finish the game. Survival horrors games NEED the option to run other wise it's just annoying...too annoying to enjoy. Don't take my word for it though...try it for yourself. Maybe you will like the challenge,

I really like the revelations series. It brings back the survival horror theme especially in RE: Revelations 2

Bringing back the memorable gameplay of Resident evil. This game ranks up there with Code Veronica. Giving you that feeling of isolation and conserving your supplies. With the puzzles and added zombies this game will become a classic.

Really enjoyed the game. Like that it's a mystery you have to solve while facing zombies.

Goes back to its roots. In a giant boat it feels lioe resident evil 1 gameplay.

A bit different that previous entries in the series, but ok none the less. I would suggest you try Revelations 2 over this one.

If you like the original 3 Resident Evil games, you'll like this one. The suspense and horror is back in this addition to the series.

After the increasingly action-shooter feel of the last few games the RE series, Revelations does a great job of attempting to bring back the survival horror feeling.

This game is pretty close to what I would expect out of a Res game. I do wish they would just come out with more strategy style games like the original though.

This game was scary and confusing as are most of the Resident Evil games. The cinematics on this one were a bit better than previous games, but it seems like they put all their effort into making those instead of the actual gameplay.
