Fast paced and beautiful graphics. No campaign though. Pretty much a completely online game.

If you aren't a fan of the Star Wars franchise then you won't get much out of this game, but if your a Star Wars fan, this game is everything! I was a huge fan of the Star Wars Battlefront games on the PlayStation 2 and I absolutely couldn't wait for this games release! It could be repetitive to anyone who isn't a hardcore Star Wars fan, but to me, it brings back memories of the older games and I quite enjoy the gameplay, the amazing graphics, and the new multiplayer modes. Keep in mind that there isn't much to do in the way of split screening and its mostly online multiplayer.

One of the best next generation console games available for this year. The graphics are amazing, and the multiplayer games are highly entertaining! There's so many game modes to choose from, there will not be a dull moment. Even without any DLC content released there is so much to do and see already in the game. I will be buying the season pass soon as content will be released in the near future.

I suck at playing modern video games, but I love watching my son play this game! The graphics are incredible and the action and sound is unbelievable!

I really like this game. They've done extremely well with it. It has a great assortment of multiplayer modes if you're looking to do more than just run and shoot. Leveling up isn't an impossible chore like in other multiplayer games but I would like to see more maps added. I haven't played this game in a few weeks. I'm not really tired of it or anything. I just wanted a break.

This is a great first person shooter game. You could compare it to the Call of Duty or Battlefield franchises. More to Battlefield with being able to use vehicles. The only downfall to the regular version of the game is that it only comes with 4 maps. You have to spend the equivalent to a whole other game in order to get 10 more maps. Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

This game is your basic multi-player massively online first person shooter. If you play with a group of friends online, they've probably moved from Destiny to Star Wars Battlefront now. The graphics are very realistic, which makes the experience compelling. But you can't play as an individual because there is no campaign mode. If that's cool with you, you'll like this game.

If you like star wars, you'll love this. Graphically its like walking around a star wars movie, the sound effects are dead on and it feels amazing to fire a weapon. But, after you play for bit its clear that theres not much else to do outside of the 10 or so play modes. There is a co-op mode thats fun but thats it, no singleplayer, once you rank all the way up youre done.

Good game but not a lot of depth. Also no campaign, only multiplayer

The graphics and sound are excellent and immersive, however the repetitive cycle of running to the action, dying instantly, respawning, running to the action, dying instantly, respawning... gets old quickly. The Walker Assault mode is the most fun from the modes I've played so far.

If you have played Star wars before this one kinda takes the cake. It covers all kinds of battles from the movies and at the same time gives you the ability to fly ships, AT AT walkers, speeder bikes, exc. Its like your right in the movies but much faster pace pvp game then others. ever wonder why there are so many storm troopers well they get to get back in the fight after waiting 5 sec. Id say more but my kids kicked me off and only stopped to tell me how much cool stuff I cant do right now.

If you liked the first 2 Star Wars Battlefront games then you'll like this. It's missing the Galactic Conquest mode and space battles, which is a big disappointment, but overall, the games various multiplayer modes are enough to keep me entertained. The modes range from big 20 vs. 20 battles to smaller 5 vs. 5 or even a 1 vs. 7. They have announced DLC for the future with the first one being free. It just adds more maps, but we can hold out for an expansion type DLC that will add Galactic Conquest mode and space battles (though I feel that should have been included in the first place. I'll be upset if I have to pay for it, but I'd still buy it because I like this game). The game also lacks a traditional campaign mode, but does over missions that can be completed solo, with bots, or with others (online or split screen). Overall, if you are big on multiplayer shooters or Star Wars in general, I suggest picking up this game.

It is great to finally play the updated version from Many years ago. The game has been updated to the battlefield engine (Frostbite I think) and it feels great the movement is very fluid with great mechanics and gun play. There are many new modes but the best is walker supremecy where each team has to escort a walker through 3 points while the other team defends. If you pick up coins you can trade them in for upgrades, vehicles and heroes like Darth Vadar. Just get it.

The original Battlefront games were the absolute best. This does a nice job of bringing us back to what we loved about the originals with enhanced visuals and audio. I wish the Co-Op modes were more advanced, however. I remember playing with my brother when we were young, and the PVP/AIvAI battles were always intense. This new version is way slower and has less AI, which makes the battles feel small. Online battles are huge though, and make it a great game!

No campaign mode! Horrible. Great game play, and excellent graphics. You only get battle mode, survival mode, or multiplayer mode. Plus it allows you to link 8 friends but can only play with one other. What's the point. Save your money and buy a real game!

This is an excellent game with great graphics and play. Much of the graphics seem to come from Lucas film footage themselves they are so good. Glad, unlike newer trends, this game still allows for multi-player. Brothers, or even father and son, enjoy playing these games together. We hope this game shows other developers how graphics can still remain incredible with split screen cabability and will include it in all future games. This is a must buy game.

I guess there was a lot of expectations for this game considering the original two were so good. This game is also good, just not as good as the other two. Visually, the game looks amazing. All the characater models are spot on and the environments can be breathtaking. Also breaktaking are the sound effects. That will be the first thing you'll notice. Maybe the graphics, but the sound is absolutely amazing. Maybe if they put as much effort into the rest of the game it would be just as good. There is no story mode. A lot of the multiplayer modes feel the same. The game only has 6 heroes, two of them being Jedis. The game is so empty fo $60. I don't recommend for that price. If you can get it lower, like 30. I would go for it. If you buy it at 60, expect to be disappointed. oh, it does have split screen, which is really nice. Wasn't expecting that.

This game is extremely enjoyable, especially if you're a fan of the Star Wars universe. The graphics for the character models and landscapes are fantastic, and playing along to John Williams' score is a definite plus. However, if you're used to playing more "serious" FPS games like the Battlefield or Call of Duty series, you may find this game a bit shallow. The different arenas aren't as varied as in other games and most of the weapons simply "feel" the same and aren't customizable, so the rewards for leveling up aren't as satisfying. Additionally, the game is short on single-player missions, so you won't get your money's worth from this game unless you're going to be playing online. With all that said, once I found the right game modes I liked, I got a lot enjoyment from this game. It is relatively easy to pick up and learn, and being able to jump into a match as Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker does not ever stop being exciting. I have greatly enjoyed this game, and so have all my friends. I would definitely recommend it.

Graphics and gameplay are quite good, but get somewhat repetitive as what you get with the initial game is quite small. I would not recommend paying full price for this game as you need to buy the Season Pass to get the entire game ($50)
