There is no arcade vs mode for human players to play against CPU opponents of different difficulty. The tutorial mode is pretty poor and doesn't explain all of the game features. It just isn't as good or featured as Ultra Street Fighter IV

You can purchase the new edition with more characters, costumes, and stages, which is a better buy. Overall, I still had fun playing the game.

However, I would have liked to see an arcade mode included, a few more characters, and story mode included at launch. At least some of those things are coming down the line.
