I skipped out on Skyrim for years until I picked it up for the switch. The game is so great I had to pick it up for Xbox one for my brother to play. He has enjoyed it and commented on the look and feel of the Xbox one version. It’s such a large game with an almost never ending quest log to complete.

You will either love this game, or hate it. But that goes for a lot of games. To the people who have never played an Elder Scrolls game including Skyrim, definitely give it a shot. If you tried out and liked Fallout, but have not tried an Elder Scrolls game, get Skyrim for it's pretty similar in gameplay. Most people have already experienced Skyrim and want to know if it's worth the price tag. My answer? No, it is not. And that's coming from someone who loves Elder Scrolls and who has already put in 60+ hours on this remastered version. The upgrades they made to the game are barely noticeable after a short while of playing the game. The only thing I love is the new quick loading times. I've messed with several mods and they're fun and cool, but overall I like to play games the way they're made. I see lots more hours to come on this Remastered version, but I still don't think it's worth the full price tag. If anything, I feel that I'm just making it worth it myself. But I'm a big fan, so Bethesda has my money, and I'm happy with the purchase after owning two other copies on the xbox 360.

I purchased this game twice! First for my husband then for our neighbor, great game with a good storyline

I played Skyrim my first time on my MacBook Pro and I was less than pleased. The graphics on there were horrible, and I thought the plot, the first time I played was very light. Then I took a step back and played Oblivion, Skyrim's predecessor and it gave me new insight into The Elder Scroll series. Having loved Oblivion, I took another chance on Skyrim, with this new version and have to say I LOVED IT this 2nd time around, and am glad I played. TES series is about exploring the environment and doing all the side quests while you role-play as the type of character you want to shape. The main quest, surprisingly, is ancillary - the beauty is all the other content that is in the game. And boy, does this version have all the bells and whistles! Skyrim SE just looks beautiful through and through - they redid the density of plantlike in the forests, they expanded the color palette drastically, and it comes with all the DLC! This is the definitive version of Skyrim, and the best part is on XB1 it fully supports Mods, which PS4's version does not. Enjoy! :)

I played Skyrim on 360 for a long time and then I let a buddy borrow it. Talking about it and thinking about it made me want to play again so I bought it for my One. I am not disappointed. New content is good, old content still awesome. Better graphics and same sweet gameplay. Not to mention mods are fun.

This is a great classic game just updated a bit! Has all the add-ons!! Great playing on Xbox One.

This game will last you many hours, loads of RPG fun. Graphics are creative. It's a masterpiece!

Skyrim is one of the best RPGs made beside Mass Effect and Dragon Age. The game gives you the freedom to go where ever you want when you want is fantastic. Also the ability to become a vampire or werewolf is a cool addition. I am glad the remastered edition came out with the updated graphics.

Skyrim is one of my all-time favorite games. It's great to be able to play it on the xbox one. My pc is not a gaming machine, so the performance is much better on the xbox and it seems less buggy. (Though there are plenty of the side-splitting physics bugs that Skyrim is famous for)

This game has nice graphics. A10 for sure. We love the missions and various game play option.

Great game i dont know if i had to choose between this and fallout 4 i may go skyrim just because its so beautiful and there's more quests and deeper things such as alchemy, enchanting and smithing . i love it! best game i played this year. got it in October hasn't left my Xbox since

The game play is excellent. The graphics are really good. The bad part is that Bethesda made the game to run at 30 frames per second. So in order to play it on the Xbox X. You must I stall an FPS mod.

If you're a PC gamer then you probably won't care for the graphical upgrades, but as a console gamer I found there to be a noticeable difference. Not mind blowing, but nice nonetheless. It's Skyrim, so enough has been said about the story and the gameplay. Still pretty darn good.

One of my all time favorite games. I am so glad that they remastered it. My only complaint is that during the updates they rendered my game unless and it continually crashed upon signing in. An update 2 weeks later fixed this, but has made it difficult to get back into the game.

This game is so intricately made, graphics are crisp and the game itself is fun to play!

We have this on the xbox 360. Picked up the best edition for the xbox 1. Great game.

The Elder Scrolls V:Skyrim Special Edition is a great open-world/role-playing game.

One of the best games ever, I’ve been playing it for years and I never get bored with it, I just like roaming around in the open world and for a game that was released in 2011 it still looks awesome.

We exchanged the ps4 version for the Xbox version because my son wanted the other mods. He enjoys this game and plays it constantly, he has used the mods to customize it. I played this game years ago and think the mods are a great expansion to gameplay
