It’s a fantastic game. Nintendo took their time to release it because they wanted to get it right. Well, they did! No wonder it’s still so expensive almost 5 years later (bought it 49.99$). The storyline is heartfelt and true to the legend. The fighting is engaging and easy to get into the groove of. The art and scenery is breathtaking. The visuals are phenomenal. The to-do list is endless. Best of all, it’s child friendly! My four year old loves to run around in fields and chase the wild life. She also loves to jump in muck water because Link makes funny noises when he drowns and it makes her laugh. I’m really glad I got it.

I am blown away with this game. The graphics are great, the story is great and humorous. Growing up playing Zelda on n64, I had to have this. The world in the game is huge with a lot of stuff to do including challenging puzzles at time.

Been a Zelda fan since I was a kid and I was insanely excited for this game! It has been breathtakingly perfect so far! Gameplay is fresh and exciting, great story, beautiful graphics and characters, and just all around fun! Get this game!!!

And he's all out of octogum. LOZ OoT was perhaps my favorite video game ever. Breath of the wild has so many nostalgic callbacks to it, and other games in the Zelda series. The gameplay is amazing. I'll admit, it took a while to get used to the deteriorating weapons over the usual way Zelda games handle it, but I got used to it and love it. I am seriously loving everything about this game except for one thing... Lack of music and original soundtrack. I can't stop playing it, and am trying to drag it out for as long as I can. I would highly recommend this game to old LOZ fans, and new alike! 10/10. Pooping hasn't been the same since this game came out!

Great entry in the Zelda franchise. Big immersive world full of secrets and amazing gameplay. Still can't comment in the main quest since I haven't finish it yet due to me getting myself lost in the world when trying to do a main line quest.

I love this game! The open world shines because it encourages you to use all of the items you find, and doesn't expect you to solve everything with one specific solution. Your creativity is the limit!

Very interesting story with strong characters. Love game play and problem solving required to complete the various levels. Love that you can make saves to the game mid-level so you do not have to start from the beginning all over again.

Great title, probably the best Zelda game...at worst number two only behind Ocarina of Time. No hand holding to start either. Game just lets you explore. Highly recommended.

I have played the Zelda series since Day 1. I've played a majority of the games and loved them all. Each console entry has felt like an innovation from the last in some way. Somehow, this one calls all the way back to the original. You leave the first cave and the world is yours to explore. Just like the first, you find you can't get everywhere right away and you have to hunt down dungeons to get something to proceed further. For someone that's been playing this series for more than 30 years, it's amazing to capture the magic of the first while being a modern open-world game. I'm looking forward to this adventure, daunting as its scope may be.

Love that this game gives you unlimited ability to explore the world. One of my favorite games. Highly recommend playing regardless if you are a Zelda fan or not!

I bought this for my kids because of the great memory I had playing Zelda 2 when I was a kid. That was one of the most challenging and rewarding games I had ever finished. I've not played video games for over 25 years until getting the switch and BOTW. I am amazed at how much gaming has improved and how much I've missed out! I like that this game is not all about fighting and is not too violent and gruesome. The game is fun for all ages and even my youngest 5 year old boy enjoys playing it, although he mostly just explores the villages and experiment with cooking. The biggest problem with this game is that it is so addictive that we'll play it all day and don't want to do anything else. So my wife is not too happy.

This game is truly a masterpiece. 10/10. The game looks gorgeous on the switch and truly entrances you as you play. You can easily spend 100+ hours on this game and still have not completed everything there is to do!

Everything from the visual design to the gameplay mechanics are crafted to excellence in Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The world of Hyrule is an open, richly detailed environment encouraging you to explore, while also being moderately challenging. The depth of the gameplay is impressive, with a wide selection of weapons and armor that you find along the way or earn as you progress. Don't get too attached to weapons and equipment, though, as it only lasts for several encounters with monsters and enemies. This epic adventure game is an instant classic, with a huge world and so many things to do in it, it will entertain for a long time.

Granted I haven't played all of the Zelda games, but this one is fantastic. I love the open-world nature, and it's just a ton of fun. The animation is great, the art is great, and the gameplay is top-notch. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best games I have played in the past decade. I love everything from the story to the game play mechanics. I highly recommend this to any fan of Nintendo or Zelda games.

Running around doing whatever you please makes the game really fun! The world is so vast and beautiful! You get lost in it pretty quick and spend many hours just playing through it!

Breath of the Wild takes open-world gaming to another level. Awesome graphics and playability. The game has a large amount of side quests, and you will surely be able to play it for a long time.

Gives you the mechanics within the first hour, then throws you into an open world full of many many things to explore and learn further to build on the mechanics it taught. It keeps the "Zelda" feel but offers something so much more!!
