This game is so awesome! A lot to do, I am still playing since I got it a few months ago. I will never get tired of it. Now they are adding expansions, and that makes it more interesting. Its open world too. It's an adventure.

As a longtime fan of the Legend of Zelda series. I was looking forward to the series latest installment. And when the developers said that they wanted to break the “conventions” of the series as a whole. By asking themselves “what are some concepts that make up the Zelda series as as a whole?” And that question is definitely answered by the time. You play this are off into exploring every inch of Hyrule. It’s an amazing feeling to know that you can go anywhere. And aren’t held down by boundaries or characters telling you where to go. And the way you tackle situations and combat. Is also going to vary at times. But overall, it’s a must have for any Switch or even Wii U owner. And it’s a unforgettable experience. Which brings the series to new heights.

I've been playing this game for 40 hours and I've only begun to scratch the surface of the game play. The world is vast, the story is gripping, and the world is intricate. This game is a must buy for the Nintendo Switch!

Here's the thing, I'm not a self proclaimed Zelda fan, nor have I played every single game ever. However, my appreciation for this game comes from many things: Pros: - The vast open air, and how "accessible" the different regions are - The customization of the character - The rewards given for thinking outside the box - The non-linear story progression Cons: - The vast open air; because everything is free rein it can be daunting - The difficulty: Something will feel easy, but somethings will feel frustratingly difficult if ill equipped Not writing a full review, because that's not my thing; these are just based on my experiences and what I want out of a game. Would I recommend yes, but I also warn, its an "investment" in time, since this game can be lengthy or distracting...

Great game. Open world to explore and lots of puzzles to solve as you proceed through the game. One of Nintendo's best games. Looks nice on the switch. Would highly recommend

The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild breaks away with the linearity of previous games and thrusts link into a massive open world. This game is a masterpiece with plenty of locations to explore and lots of things to discover.

I have been playing this game for some time now and the graphics in this game is great and the scenery in the game is amazing and the story line is pretty good.

I want to emphasize the fact that I can not put my switch down becuse of this game. Such an amazing game from graphics to how wide open it is and how much their is to do. You can't Truly get sick of this game. GO ANS GET IT NOW!

If you picked up a Switch at launch, or plan on getting one, this is a perfect example of what the system is capable of. A beautiful world, engaging story and well-executed combat system. Do yourself a favor and pick this one up.

If you can think of it, you can do it, within the universe of the game. "Say, I know I can ride a horse--can I ride this deer?" Yes. Not required to have played previous games, and by far the best I've ever played. No barriers to picking it up for the first time but rewards for practice. Everyone I know has put in over 100 hours of gameplay, and the limits are that of your imagination. Follow the main quest or stare off into a direction and see what happens. It's great, but also overwhelming. It feels like a world as limitless as any, and it's equal parts great and scary. But give it a try! Some have called it the greatest game ever made.

My whole family loves this game! The wide open world to explore is fun for even the younger ones, however it is definitely better suited for the 10+ crowd due to the difficulty of some of the quests and challenges.

While I have always adored the Zelda series, the recent entries have failed to capture the magic of finding secrets and discovering treasures that the series was known for in its early days. This game captures that essence perfectly. Being the first truly open world Zelda game since the orignal and to some extent A Link to the Past, the game feels like a love letter to long time fans as it perfectly creates the feeling that made the original great, while modernizing other aspects of gameplay such as combat and world design. While some fans may miss the classic design of some of the more well-known games in the franchise (linear progression with large themed dungeons being the main focus), this new take on a Legendary series is certainly not one to be missed, even by new Zelda players.

Outstanding game that is very nostalgic for those of us who grew up playing Zelda, and a beautiful introduction to the world for those unfamiliar. This game is as great as Skyrim in many aspects, and even better in others.

I've had this game for years and I wouldn't ever stop playing it. There's so many quests to do and the story is great. I still get scared sometimes from it cuz Gannon is scary but going around and collecting new items to use on different monsters is amazing

This one is a must have for all the Zelda fans. The graphics, the gameplay and the story are really amazing. This one is an exclusive for the Nintendo and is partially why I bought the system. Worth every penny!

I am not a LoZ fan by any means but you know you'll have a good time when you grab one of these games. This is a very vast open world game with lots of re-playability. I had completed it on wiiU but since I now own a switch, I had to have and now complete with all the DLC. I felt great making this purchase because I ordered it online to pick it up and it was there at the store within the hour just as expected (even when the guy up front told me it wasn't there yet, I showed my proof that I got the "order is ready to pick up" message and he went to dig deeper).

Any zelda game that comes out will be a big hit. Recommend anyone who loves free roam games and puzzles and dungeons to explore. Hours of playing for this game for sure!

I love this game so much! It had been years since I have played any games and Zelda was always a fav growing up; BOTW does not disappoint. I'm trying to make it last as long as possible by doing everything I can do in the game before going to the castle.
