Great customer service I wasn’t there for long and they got the job done right

I paid $8.00 to have the Geek Squad install a Zagg Screen Protector on my new iPhone 16 pro. It was done quickly and looks great.

They did an excellent job start to finish. I was pleased and satified. Service was awesome.

The employees are kind and know what they are doing, always friendly.

I had them do the install fo me on my applewatch. Its easier then trying to struggle with it myself. I worry I might mess it up and then get frustrated.

The lady at the register was quick with putting on my screen protector and did a way better job than i would've done.

Service was quick and well done. I was little put off when the clerk informed me the original screen saver he sold me was not in the box--someone had taken it. And the next option was more expensive. But it all worked out in the end. I was on a deadline to get things done and he helped me to get there.

If I am reviewing the geek squad my review would be below average the guy that was there that night was not helpful at all and seemed to not want to wait on me. The girl who installed my glass protector was amazing and helpful, she was the cashier that rang me up. I could find the correct screen protector and she went and found it. When I went to give him the protector for install, he gave it to the cashier to do the install and then he proceeded to ring her up and while she was working on my install, I chose a case and brought it up for check out, and again it was as if he didn't want to wait on me, kinda looked at her to check me out and then reluctantly rang me up. I'm not sure if she is with the Geek Squad, but she was great.
