I wish there could be two reviews for this section. The first “team” that came out to install it had no idea what they were doing. Did not even know what city they were in to set up the cable tv. The second person to come out after I called Best Buy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best buy customer on the phone was also very professional and helpful.

The agents placed the cell phone screen protector on my new cell phone in a timely and appropriate manner. It was a good experience. I don't know why they didn't return my receipt to me, but maybe that's the way it is done.
