I love Best Buy’s in store geek squad, especially for putting my screen glass on. I simply suck at doing it and they get all the bubbles out and do it quickly!

Agent (I think he was new) put my shield on. Very pleasant and helpful young man. I’m glad he did as he was trained and still had issues the first time!!! Thorough and explained everything clearly. Even when he wasn’t sure of an answer he researched and asked another longer(?) time agent.

Policy changes midstream should not affect those who purchased prior to the change. I am told that now I will have to pay $8 every time I have a reply screen put on. When I purchased it I was told it would be a one time fee. Bad policy to change everyone
