Bubbleless application. I always mess things up but he ensured there wasn't a spec of dust or air bubbles when he applied the protector. Excellent job!

I have had the Best Buy employees install my screen protector several times before. I am fairly good at doing it myself, but I like having the employees do it for me on the off chance it goes wrong, they will reinstall another one instead of if I do it at home, the screen protector will simply be wasted.

the agents met with me quickly and took care of the screen installation fast. I was in an out in less than 20 minutes for two phones, while agents navigated working with multiple clients at once.

These folks know what they’re doing and bring a smile at the same time. Quite quickly no long drawn out process it’s appreciated

I wish there could be two reviews for this section. The first “team” that came out to install it had no idea what they were doing. Did not even know what city they were in to set up the cable tv. The second person to come out after I called Best Buy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best buy customer on the phone was also very professional and helpful.

I stopped by to get a screen protector installed, and the Geek Squad member made the process super quick and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and made sure it was perfectly aligned without any bubbles. Great service and attention to detail I’ll definitely come back for future tech help.

I went to the store to pick up my online order and get a screen protector . While in line at Geek Squad for install, Gina , the manager , came up and asked if I needed help. When I told her what I needed , she didn't turn away but instead whisked me away . She took care of everything ! This is the best experience I've had at BB . It cost me nothing extra to have my requests honored. This is EXCELLENT customer service: above & beyond. Thank you GINA!
