This movie kicks butt. Robert Rodriguez has done a great job with giving the fans a predator experience with a shout out to the original theme while still creating a new story. My only regret is not going to the theatre to see this movie. Very happy to add this blu ray to my collection. P.S Maybe all the other movie makers can learn a thing or two from this director and stop destroying good franchise opportunities by making such horrible sequals just to make a quick buck. This movie definitely is not one of those.

How do you top an original, it 's not easy when your dealing with a Sci Fi classic. Leave it up to Robert Rodriguez and the talented producers and writers to set Predators up with a great start . The cast led by Adrien Brody, then insures you are more concerned about the characters than paying attention to the movies fantastic special effects. Just when you think you have the movie figured out you have a surprise that no one sees coming. Even with a short amount of screen time, Laurence Fishburne delivers an Oscar worthy performance. And before the end there's still a few more surprises which guarantees the movie as an instant Sci Fi Classic worthy of the original. Adding the bonus material on the Blu-Ray version only intensifies the story and makes it a must have for any Predator, Sci Fi, or Action/Adventure Movie fan.

Predators really recaptures the tone and feeling of the original. Lots of action, great pacing, and a very good plot (compared to any of the AvP offerings, the plot is like Citizen Kane). I would strongly recommend for any Predator fans as well as sci-fi/action adventure buffs. This movie is not going to reach out to the unconverted but is a lot of fun. My only complaint is that I wish they embellished, Lawrence Fishburne's arc a little bit and I don't care how much Adrian Brody works out, he's a poor Arnold replacement.

man this movie was dope!!! i am a fan of the original predator movie with arnold in it, so i knows me some predator!! didnt like the second one. but this one was a good one. laurence fisher as some nut job... and everyone else put on some planet to be hunted like big game..cool guns, cool monsters,scared the caca out of me!! classic action movie not big on plots and storyline but shooting guns and killing things!! this is worth a viewing especially on blu ray!! thanks best buy for hooking me up!!

A great homage to the original predator movie. This new addition is a great addition to the series. Current technology and filmmaking techniques make this a totally new way to see into the predator world. The action is great, suspense is great, and there are some great moments in this film. The blu ray includes a great HD conversion, as well as wonderful HD audio. A great addition to anyones collection that loves the predator series

If you enjoyed the original Predator movies, you'll definitely enjoy this one. Good plot change that somewhat follows the original. Adrien Brody played a great role for his first tough-guy role in his career (that I can recall). I love the fact that they used the same music theme from the original. Great movie for the action movie fanatic.

"Any time", "Over here". This movie brought back some of the best moments from the original Predator movie. Good acting, good plot and I can can't wait for part 2.

Best one since the original(both AvPs were horrible). The 2nd was good but this one was just little more entertaining. Good action. The plot is not a new one, but with a Predator twist. Did overuse slo-mo a little too much when the predators were onscreen.

Predators is very much like Aliens is to its predecessor, it tries to ramp up the stakes by having multiple predators to deal with and in unfamiliar territory. And like Aliens, it's quite a solid sequel, but doesn't quite live up to the original. The blu-rays audio/visual quality, while not quite demo material, is very impressive.

Not sure who watches any Predator movie for Oscar winning acting performances because minus the Original Predator movie, there aren't any but if you like to see the Predator run around and use cool alien weapons to kill people , this one as the rest , doesn't disappoint. One bad thing in this movie .... TOPHER GRACE.... COME ON!!!! WHY!!!!

Not the best in the franchise but definately worth owning. The actors are pretty good and the action and storyline are not bad either. Worth the purchase if you can get it on sale you will watch in numerous times. I liked Adrian Brody in the lead role and the fact that the Predators brought these specialists to this planet to hunt them.

This movie delivers a nice twist to the original. In my opinion it was better than Predators 2. You learn more about the Preadators and how there are two kinds of them. It shows how human nature works when people are faced with danger.

Great movie, action, suspense, predators! Great addition with a great throwback to the original: key lines in just the right places, the music, all of it. get it!!

I enjoyed Predators, it's more of a re-imagining of the original Predator film and noticeably pays homage to it in many scenes. The effects are great and the story is well paced. I like that they further explain and portray the Predator world.

Not a bad addition to the series of Predator. Nothing can match the original but this one tries to at least follow a similar storyline. Very nice audio and picture presentation and gets my recommendation.

You get pretty much what you should expect from this action/scifi series: Predators screaming out of their weird mouths, big guns and a little bit of cleavage that brings nothing to the table. Picked it up for $10 delivered.

THIS IS A FANTASTIC MOVIE. COULD NOT EVEN GET UP UNTIL IT WAS OVER. SO EVERYONE THAT IS THINKING ABOUT BUYING THIS MOVIE, DO IT. BUT GET EVERYTHING YOU WANT BEFORE THE MOVIE STARTS. ENJOY

Good movie overall. Great references to the classic first movie. Overall not the best movie I've ever seen but definately worth a watch and/or buying depending on how much you enjoyed, again, the first one - SF

This movie has a lot of blood and guts in it, so if you aren't into that then don't watch it. I love these kind of movies and have seen all the predator ones. I look forward to seeing more movies like this one.
