We purchased a Wolf double oven and cooktop. We spent a ton of time looking at all our options and Kathy graciously accomodated every question and change of focus. She was so incredibly helpful and so not pushy. She never made us feel like we were wasting her time or she was too busy to keep answering our questions. She made the experience so fun! The oven and stove are a beautiful addition to our kitchen, we couldn't be happier!

At first the set up was off but the Geek squad sent over a new fridge & it worked great! The fridge holds most of our items and I love the 2nd drawer which we put sodas & easy to go snacks. I’m still getting use to the ice cube a bit dramatic when the come out of the dispenser. Overall I love it!

Installers did a great job! There's 2 ways to install this fridge. Flush mount or proud mount. They tried to tell me it couldn't be flush installed but I showed them the plan specs directly from the fridge manufacturer and we had it right. So they did get it flush and it looked great. It was a lot harder though cuz it had to be perfect or you'd see the difference in the reveal gap on the sides between the fridge and cabinet wall. Took probably an extra hour to get it dialed in.

I recently had to upgrade my 25 year old GE Monogram refrigerator/freezer with a new one. The process of trying to get an order in with the state of manufacturing and shipping was challenging to say the least. Sergio at Pacific Sales/Best Buy was fabulous to work with and relentless in getting current information quickly for both the GE product and the Sub Zero which would fit the space I had to fill. While disappointed, I was looking at leadtimes into 2023, then Sergio was right on top of an unexpected return of 15 Sub Zero units. He contacted me immediately and I was lucky enough to secure one of them. The unit was installed a few days ago and I love it! The installation team was fabulous - knowledgeable and efficient, and had me up and running in short order. The unit is beautiful, laid out well in the interior, and I'm confident will provide another 25 years of use and dependability.

Sergio and Octavio took their time to evaluate the recess for the new KitchenAid double Oven and observed this new oven was a 1/4 inch shorter. They used their ingenuity to obscure the space deficit by altering the grill. The appearance of the install was excellent. Certainly beats buying a different brand that would have fit the space but at greater cost. Well done.

Good job, but this was an extra charge that we were required to absorb.

There were few stumbling blocks, but got things worked out. I am happy now.

This crew of 2 arrived to install a drop in range top. They took about 45 minutes and had everything ready in that time. It wasn’t that difficult but they had everything needed and were very professional in every aspect of the installation.

The new Cove dishwasher I purchased turned out to be a wonderful investment. The installation went well. It is so easy to use and so quiet but best of all my dishes come out spotless.

Installation went very well. The installer encountered a difficulty in mounting holes not lining up properly, but was able to successfully resolve it. He then showed us the product was fully operational and explained several features.

Installation was fine but I did not receive notification anyone was coming until a couple of hours before arrival. Fortunately I was home.
