They were thorough, neat and made sure everything worked. My only issue, I was told they had registered my cooktop and I didn't need to do anything else. That wasn't true. Lucky I had an issue and got it done. Not sure what happened there.

Installer was very friendly and professional. Took his time that out appliance was installed correctly. Moreover, he took all precautions and was very careful with not damaging our household. I am very happy that we had Ivan from Eagle Appliance do all of our kitchen appliances installations.

Our install was amazing. When the area wasnt quite ready, the team offered to set up another date and do the job. My husband was able to do it that afternoon and the team came back late in the day to install the stove. They were so considerate. Instead of waiting until another day, they worked long into the night to get the job done. We were so impressed with their kindness and work ethic!

Installation of an Asko dishwasher. Fast appointment, convenient time. Crew arrived on time. Installed the dishwasher quickly, but found the wrong Asko kickplate was in the box. I then spent 45 minutes trying to have the right kickplate sent to me. A month later and still no kickplate, but the dishwasher works.

It was an issue getting the oven installed. Just to be clear for future buyers, these installers only drop off and place in your location. They don't actually install anything so when our appliance came and the plug was different. They didn't install until he hired a contractor to replace the plug. Then they put the oven in place but didn't even level it.

The installers were good. They finished quickly. My only issue is my appliance - Miele's built-in coffee machine is a complex machine, and they could have been more explanatory about the unit and how they installed the cleaner cartridge. Instead, they installed the unit and installed the cleaning cartridge but not the descaling cartridge, which confused me when I went through the manual. I thought I was missing the cleaner cartridge, not thinking they had installed it. Anyways, it worked out, and I can't expect that installers would know how to operate the basic functions on this machine, but in the end they installed it with no issues.

The installers from ABC Inc. did a outstanding job. They came in and were careful with our kitchen. They explained what they were doing when my husband asked them questions. They were efficient and respectful. Both man seemed to enjoy their job and were proud of the service they provided

Installers were right on time and did an excellent job of preparing the site and performing the installation of our new oven.

The dishwasher works great! The installers were great. It wasn’t an easy job, but they took great care and time making sure the dishwasher was installed properly and working.

the microwave has been replaced and all is well, but he instalation was a night mare you person at Pacific sales that scheduled it was so rude l will never use pacific sales after her shouting at me and calling me stupid woman for letting in a stranger which was the instaler as lo called him and he made me feel better so the scheduler for instalation should be removed to another person it was a dreadful time

Absolutely love my new Miele Dishwasher. Everything is so much cleaner the my old GE Cafe could do. Coffee and tea cups that I thought were permanently stained are now sparkling clean. Love the Autodos automatic soap dispensing. We have really hard water in SoCal and the integrated water softener is terrific. My only complaint is that the installers did not balance the door and initially it was very heavy when opening and closing. I was able to go through the installation instructions and adjust the counterbalance springs myself. This should have been done by the installer.
