Wolf Stove Top Excellent product, delivery and installation

The guys were great. They first started by giving me a courtesy call letting me know exactly when they would be at my house. I appreciated that because they saw my time as valuable. They also were able to easily remove a large existing built-in refrigerator, that another person said was impossible to do without possibly damaging my cabinets. They also took the time to clean up after themselves. Thank you!

Top panel misaligned from factory 1/4 inch. Not adjustable. Installers should have pointed out before install so I had option to reject it beforehand. Didn't do so.

Was happy with the installation of the Zero fridge.

Installation of a new Miele dishwasher. Company worked with my schedule and were right on time. The two gentleman who installed it were very neat and were able to install it into a tight space with custom cabinetry. Well done!

I had ordered a dishwasher. The first came dented. The delivery guy too it back and I contacted Ryan McElroy at Pafic Sales in Newburt Park. He made sure I got a new one delivered and installed in a week and helped with a price adjustment since it had gone on sale!

Love my Dacor gas range. 6 burners is great. The oven bakes very evenly and knobs for setting are easy to use and ready.

the install crew Tony and "G" were so awesome! They could not have been nicer and knowledgeable and professional!!!!!!!!!! My only complaint was this visit was a replacement dish drawer because of a dent and the new one brought was also dented. A possible manufacturer error in packaging! But Tony and the store mamager "Mark" solved the issue and made my disapointing moment into a positive ending. Thanks to Tony, "G," and Mark for solving this issue quickly and without a hitch!!!!!!!!!!
