After purchasing a $7000 GE. Built in refrigerator we experienced nothing but problems First with crack in Shelves. Next with ice maker It took 3 Visits by repair people to find out the installer did not hook up the water line After several calls to your service department and GE.six months later we finally got it fixed This was just not the good service we expected We were 6 months without the ice maker we paid for Very disappointed in the quality of appliances and service from best.buy I’m these times this is just not acceptable I think we deserve better from your.company

When the Geek Squad came out to check out the issue with our microwave, they determined that it would be better to replace the unit than to take it off of the wall and work on it. The replacement came out on a timely manner and was installed in less than an hour. We were completely satisfied with the experience.

The installers did a great job. They were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and ensured we wers happy with the final look.

The four guys were awesome. Compared to what we have gotten so far from the w installs these guys deserve a raise. Nice, polite and very good at what they did for us!

The refrigerator is large so the delivery specialists had to take the front door off its hinges and take the storm door off. This of course takes time and was appreciated.

Still not working properly! 2 units installed, 2 service calls on 2nd install, part ordered and wrong one sent… NOT HAPPY!!!!

Well designed dishwasher, Easy to load. However, not having an owner's manual that better describes the cycles and length of cycle makes it difficult to run the cycles efficiently

The premium 3rd party appliance installer is inept at doing a professional install. They do not return calls or text messages and when you finally talk to the installer they didn’t get your message or failed to receive the text! They do not pride their work and leave a mess for you to clean up and they don’t complete the install leaving out parts that were necessary to be installed! They will argue about cabinets not being sized correctly. I paid $2000 for a premium 3rd party install for a shabby job and failed final inspection because of their incompetence!

Installation team was top notch. Excellent service. Very careful and professional. They also were a great source of information for my new refrigerator.

The guys came on appointed time and completed the assignment in time. They did nit have one part and they asked to make a second appointment that I still have to make
