Still haven't received a call back and can't use the items. So no i will not leave Positive feedback

Not installed and refused to complete work on 2 visits even though duct work and prep fully complete. Do not recommend West Coast Appliances for any installation or work.

Instalation company did half of the job and left, they said they will come for the adjustments, they never did. called them several times, they gave me several appointments but they never showed up.

Can't believe they're supported and backed by Wolf Subzero! Damaged my cabinets when installing the wall ovens by drilling them! It's been a MONTH and still no answer! Everyone is now ignoring my calls! TERRIBLE!!!!

As a result, it was necessary to hire a plumber. This cost me almost as much as I paid for the 800 series Bosch staibless steel dishwasher. Still, the dishwasher leaked on the floor. It took 2 visits from a Boach Factory Technician before my dishwasher worked to my satisfaction.

Unsatisfactory. At $240, I expected an actual professional.

Also, twisted waste line around sink supply, so they just removed the weight that holds nozzle in place, rather than fixing it and reconnecting. Really poor job and would have been better to have done the plumbing myself given the time to fix it all.
