I had to chase them and it has been a hassle from the beginning. Poor workmanship and poor attitude from both the installers and the store manager will make it unlikely that I will shop at Pacific Sales of Woodland Hills again.

Installation nightmare
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would give it zero stars, but this was not an option. It took 7 tries to get an installer out to put it in. Finally Karen of Torrance Pacific Sales made it happen. For that I am very grateful.

Excellent installer with expertise in many areas.

The regulator extended too far below to install the oven. The installer moved the regulator to another position and got the job done.
