I don't know what constitutes a premium install but ours was not it. I called our installer several days before install to go over details and he did not pick up or return my call until the day of install. On day of the install I received a call from the installer stating he does not know how to install the hood and that he would have to bring another guy later that week on Friday. He said he would bring him and if he could, he would install it on that day. Friday comes and a installer comes and does not have the unit and informs me that he can not install it and I have to hire a contractor. The fact that he didn't bring the unit tells me he had no intention of installing then either. Background information-This installer company we had put in our Oven and that installer looked at the hood we wanted and told us which hood model we should get and that he could install it. Very poor service and definitely not Pacific Sales Quality! Maybe Pacific Sales is a Best Buy scam to make you think your getting better quality.

The appliance install did not go well at all. To begin with it was very difficult to schedule them out. Once they finally arrived for the install they informed me an item that came with the appliance was not the correct size and I had to buy the correct item off of them. Then they scratched the walls while installing the appliances. They did get the units installed and working but I will not use this again.

SUbZero Install-weighing in at approximately 630 pounds of beautiful glimmering stainless steel, the fridge is a beast! As the truck backed down the driveway I was shocked to see 3 undersized men pop out. My anxiety grew as they brainstormed the best path...and then a decsion was made. The installers used their super dolly with perfection and skill.

great caring installation team - another reason why I only buy my appliances at Best Buy or Pacific Appliances. The fact I can get my new appliances installed for free by being a member of Total Tech, its 100% worth the membership.

Refrigerator installed incorrectly. There was sheets of ice leaking under the ice maker unit. Claimed that the unit was a defective unit. Offered no help. Had to call manufacturer (subzero) who sent a technician that checked and found no issues with the unit. It was just installed incorrectly.
