So far Best Buy gets a low rating for the installation. After waiting for a month for a range to be installed, they came in with the range but complained about the gas valve having a 1/2 inch inlet and not a 3/4 inch inlet and left within 10 minutes. We had the valve changed the next day but now, they have scheduled the installation for 3 weeks later. So we are left without a range for over two months. They need to have more qualified installers to expedite this service.

I called customer service twice prior to the appointment to confirm that the install team would be able to install a built in Subzero wine fridge and both times they confirmed that they wouldn't send out someone who wasn't versed in it. Come the day of, two servicemen showed up, said they can't do it because it's what's called a "Premium Install", took a picture and left.

after 4 months, i still couldnt get my refrigerator installation completed. installation company gave me appoitment dates at least 10 times but noone showed up. Bestbuy customer service is no help also.

Avoid Pacific Sales San Juan Capistrano Appliances - this installation was set up by Pacific Sales and has been in rescheduling mode since May 25. Horrible customer service - poor if non existent communication. Recommend you go to Best Buy directly.

Damaged my cabinets when installing wall ovens. The third party company isn't returning calls and now I am just waiting?? It's ridiculous to pay that much money for installation and receive subpar work! NOT HAPPY!

Worst service we have ever experienced with any product or company. Vendor was scheduled to install our refrigerator door panels on Wednesday 1/25/2023 we still have not heard from them.
This has been going on since May 2022 when we first purchased a new 17,000 refirdgerator.

$900 for refrigerator install is totally bogus. Yeah there were a few steps leading up to the house, but only took one extra guy to move it.
Total time from start to finish was just over one hour. Probably won’t do business with this company again.

Stacking unit was not installed properly. Installation service had to be called back to correct the issue. Also installer did not hook up the dryer tubing in the drain on initial installation.
