The installation was done very well. My problem was that the installation was scheduled for Dec 20th, but the installation company did not put the job on their schedule. I even took the day off so that I could be there for the installation. I finally called them and found out that I was not the schedule and they had to reschedule me for Dec 23rd, which cut into my Christmas shopping.

The cooktop was installed well and is functioning okay so far.
However, it has a weird issue: whenever the drawer under the cooktop opens or closes, it affects the flame in the cooktop. When the flame is set to low, it can even go out! Have reached out to the installers who have so far been responsive. Hope this will be fixed soon. Will update this review when fixed.
