Gap in wall unit cabinet

Was never told there is no such thing as a black stainless trim kit for our wall oven. No communication, broken promises, no shows etc. It's been 2 months of follow up and still not completed by installers. Had to track down number for corporate to complain. Poor Installation service

We had our instal schedule, then they never showed. Then it was scheduled again, 4 hours late, we kept calling. Said their truck broke down. No one showed. Scheduled again, they were late, truck broke again. No one showed. Now it's scheduled one last time. I have no faith in this company to install.

Refrigerator installation (built in)

They couldn’t or more likely did not want to do it because they were running late in their schedule. We ended up having to hire someone else to finish the job.

Theft and Damage!

The installers damaged the products, damaged my house and stole from me when they were at my house. Store manager will not return calls and refuses to provide correction and compensation.
