They did a complete job technically and informatively, and did not hurry me. Were on time. Very supportive showing me how to use features. Seemed enthusiastic about their work and the product and setting me up.

Not cheap but well worth doing this and measuring it in myself. I was a bit disturbed though when Geek Squad informed me that The store didn’t charge for the soundbox to be installed but that they would do it anyway... That should be discussed internally, not with the customer. I was willing to pay just to get a complete install setup. Otherwise, no issues

The team we had were the most efficient team I have ever seen. They were quick and pleasant. I would recommend the Geek Squad to anyone mounting a TV. If I could have done the mounting it would have taken forever.

I had a 12-4 pm appointment, but the team asked if they could come earlier so they didn't have to rush...I'm glad they did! It took an extra couple of hours, but the result was well worth it...Can't rush perfection!

the installers were very professional and good. This was a very difficult install due to the placement in a tv unit, but they were excellent. I think they rushed a bit thru the final training and i cant operate everything well

The TV had to be installed and fitted in a specific spot and they spent time making sure the dimensions around the opening were equal. Pleased with there professional and technical ability. And they cleaned up!

Nathan out of OKC did an amazing job on my home theatre! He is the ultimate professional and doesn’t stop until everything is perfect. Give him a raise and promote him. He is an excellent ambassador for Best Buy!

I had the Geek Squad mount my new 82" Samsung on the wall and replace/connect all new Denon AV, Sony Blueray and power conditioner to my existing speaker system and Directv. They did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Geek Squad did an excellent job of mounting my tv above the fireplace over limestone. The TV's placement is perfect. Pricing is very reasonable with the discount i received from my total tech membership

The installer was very professional and courteous name is Carlos. He was very knowledgeable on the product and installed a wall mount with the TV of 82" Beautifully and I have no complaints and will 100% use them again

Two guys from Geek squad delivered my new TV and sound bar, hooked everything up, and left me with a number if I needed extra help. Couldn’t have been easier and I was happy with their attention to detail.

Our installer was awesome! He was very professional and knowledgeable! Everything went smoothly and he wouldn’t leave until he knew everything was working correctly and all of our questions were answered.

Tom and his helper delivered and setup a 75-inch TV wall mounted which included carrying it to a second floor room. Very happy with the service. My only disappointment is that my extra components were out of stock and did not arrive until later and I was going to have to pay a second time to have them come back when my installation included multiple components.

These wonderful technicians installed our new 4K TV and hooked up our Apply TV, Bose system, and took the time to make sure we understood how to operate everything. Great service by knowledgeable techs!
