Installers arrived on time. Took time to help me determine the best location (height and centering, etc.), tested the performance after installing and went over all the controls in detail including letting me do a hands on session for them to insure I understood all the features and controls. Very courteous. Gave me business card (Amr Nagy) and contact number in case I need any follow up after they left. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had my new Samsung QLED TV installed this morning by the geek squad that the man who came was very knowledgeable about the TV and mounting it to the wall took them about an hour and a half and I was done installed perfectly works wonderful he took the time to explain all the workings of the new TV and the remote hooked up my Stereo system to the TV looks and sounds beautiful. They did an excellent job thank you Joe and Beau.

Two wonderful technicians came out to install my new 4K QLED TV and 4K blu-ray. They walked me through the process and helped me determine the best location in the room to mount the TV based on my needs and furniture setup. They mapped out the location prior drilling for the mount just to ensure correct placement. They then demonstrated how to use the new TV and blu-ray. Great experience and I’d highly recommend to others.

This review will be easy! I can't say enough about the professional, friendly knowledgeable guys that installed our new 65" OLED tv. The Geek squad is the only way to go. This wasn't the easiest mount. I've install my own TVs in the past in bedrooms etc. but this wasn't one I wanted to handle. Another thing I want to mention is that they were right on time calling before they came. Respecting our time.

If we buy another item through Best Buy, we will buy the geek squad package with setup. It was beyond worth It and we are looking forward to purchasing a dish washer soon with the geek squad setup. The ease of mind they give you is unlike anything else. They are intelligent and measure everything out before they mount and tape It off to show you where It will go. This gave me piece of mind and It turned out perfect!

I'm am an aging "handyman". I have (or had) skills. I've built rooms, rewired sections of the house, replumbed bathrooms and laid tile. I have a pretty complete wood shop. But there are some things I no longer want to tackle, even if I could do the job. TVs and electronics is one of those areas. I call the Geek Squad. I've never been disappointed. Worth every penny. I watch them work and then enjoy the result!!

I had my Samsung UHD 55" wall mounted unit installed by the Geek Squad and took a year of Total Tech Support for it and the home computer,etc. I appreciated how quickly one technician was able to sync up the Samsung unit with my local cable tv provider and wi fi service. Total Tech folks so far have done good in cleaning up old files on my computer and making a minor adjustment on the tv.

The BIG question on my purchase was exactly WHERE to mount the TV for correct viewing height and to make it aesthetically appealing. The expert installers from the Geek Squad sat me right down from where we were are viewing the TV. They asked several questions and made several observations. I went with their advice and am completely satisfied. I couldn't imagine doing this any other way.

Not only did the installation of the whole new TV and sound system take just minutes (maybe 30) their explanations were in plain English not tech talk. Switching between TV and streaming was made easy to understand and follow. Navigating between the sound bar and the internal TV sound system was a bit complicated and they made it easy to follow and remember after they left.

I am extremely uninformed when it comes to tv installation. Matthew, my Geek Squad Agent, not only installed two tvs, with accompanying TV brackets, he was able to explain to me how everything worked. He also gave me an opportunity to try the features myself to make sure I understood. I plan to buy a few more items, and I will definitely get the Geed Squad to install them.

The Geek Squad was very professional when mounting my tv and sound bar. He made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and didn't leave without me thoroughly understanding e everything. He also gave me his cell number and email in case I had future problems. I had to call him 3days later because I got the wrong button on the remote and He was courteous while helping me find the problem. Thanks Tim!

Brian from the Geek Squad came out to our house and connected our TV and Sound bar up along with the 4K player. He mounted the TV and sound bar on the wall. He was very through and professional. He cleaned up all the boxes and made sure we knew how operate everything before leaving. He also left us his number in case we needed help in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone's home.

The geek squad was very helpful and professional. They were able to hang several TVs and were very professional. I also explains the new TV features and what The geek squad were able to offer and help us in the future. I had try to set up my own TVs in the past but this was much easier and less painful. I will plan to use geek squad in the future for any electronics needs.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Techs were friendly, patient, and took extreme care in the installation. They took the time to go over the entire setup, making sure to install the TV in the exact location of the wall I requested. The even moved the entertainment center back into the room to place all my equipment onto. I would highly recommend their installation services.

The Geek Squad texted and emailed to confirm the scheduled appointment. They then called to tell me they would be at the house within 20 minutes. No unnecessary waiting with them. They were courteous, neat and knowledgeable. Installation of my 82 inch Samsung was done with expertise. They made sure we understood the new remote and the capabilities of the new TV.

John is on point with EVERTHING! From keeping me posted on his arrival, to the professionalism in my home and his vast knowledge of the purchased products and patience upon teaching me how to use them. As most people know, the person you are assigned can make or break the geek squad services experience. I got lucky and had the best guy for the job. I have had tv mounting services from Best Buy on at least 4 different occasions and while 2 of them were just fine, one was a little iffy on the guy, this was a great experience and if you are in the KY region ask for Clinton Cooley.

The team was on it. Very good at what they do and made it look simple. Glad I had professionals install it and not myself. Something like this is worth having someone do it with experience. They also explained what their plan was and checked to see if it was okay before they proceeded. Lots of feedback and recommendations to point me with the best solution.

Geek Squad did awesome job on this reinstall from family room to Master Bedroom of 55" TV, including hiding wiring in wall with installation of 2 boxes at wall connections (power/cable) and behind TV. Only issue was store used wrong code for this work but technician corrected on site.

After buying a Samsung 75" Q7 model television, along with a new Bowers & Wilkins 700 series center channel speaker, I knew I needed help with the installation. The television is rather large and quite heavy. I also wanted my sound system installed properly and neatly. The Greek squad came as scheduled, on-time and did a perfect installation. I was delighted with the service.
