The Geek squad did a great job on our newly constructed home. From the planning on how best to set it up (thanks Lee) to the install (David/Johnny/Matt). They were all very professional and worth every penny. We have everything set up and working. A special thanks to Lee who drove down from DFW and helped stay on budget.

Geek Squad completely respected my home. They were careful about moving items around and not banging into walls and stuff. They took their shoes off at my door. They worked very clean and took mess with them. They showed complete respect for my home, treating it like it was their own. Very professional and would use them again.

Just purchased my first 4K TV and remembered how difficult it was to mount my last TV. Geek Squad removed my old TV, mounted the new one and was able to hide our DirecTV and Apple TV boxes including wires behind the TV. I loved having them mount it and save me the headache, but my wife LOVES having her mantel back. Great Job Geek Squad!!!

The Geek squad kept us informed, and arrived as scheduled. They were very efficient in removing our old TV from the stand and installing the new 75" TV in its place. They worked quickly and provided all the necessary instructions for our new TV and advice on other compatible items. They cleaned up everything (packing material, etc.) when they left.

The Geek Squad is always super professional, super knowledgeable and super friendly. They know what they are doing, they take the time to teach and the are quick. The only way to purchase a large tv is with Geek Squad. Fortunately they were able to use our previous wall mount and we could return ours without any problems. Love the Geek Squad!

I arranged for the geek squad to deliver, install the new set, give us an orientation session for the new set, and to carry away the old TV. The gentlemen arrived on time, where every pleasant, installed the new set quickly, gave us good instructions about the new sets use, and carried away the old set. For us it was well worth the price

The two GS members delivered and set up our Samsung Q7 75" TV. Worked very efficiently and competently. Knew what they were doing. Addressed any concerns and answered all our questions to our satisfaction. Both men were knowledgeable and pleasant throughout the process. Completely cleaned and took away all the refuse. We would use GS again.

This was the best decision I made. The team of 2 were nice friendly folks who installed and mounted our TV and even walked us through the features of our TV. I recommend using geek squad for mounting and install if you are getting the TV from Bestbuy. You get the peace of mind of delivery and install and all covered by bestbuys warranty.

Purchased a OLED 65" and utilized Geek Squad to mount and setup which actually was part of the TV purchase. They also wall mounted another TV in another room. Two geek squad personal did a great job. With an investment and cost of the unit it is essential the job gets done right and that they did. I would recommend the geek squad, GREAT JOB.

I used the Geek Squad to come to the house and look at my TV, WiFi and Security setup, assist with ordering the equipment and doing the installation. The Geeks were awesome. They were polite, knowledgeable, uniformed and did a great job. They were also very patient explaining the new technology to us 2 senior citizens.

Two Geek Squad team members came to the house to remove from the current large screen hookup our old 50 inch plasma television. They then quickly installed and set up our new 55 inch Vizio television. The Techs were very professional and knew what they were doing. I would whole heartedly recommend the Geek Squad.

The team was great. Samer and Rosco did very good work . Their work shows they care about providing excellent service and giving the customer top notch performance of the product. Geek squad delivered and set up the new television. In addition our remote was re-programmed to work all the components from one remote. They adjusted the wall mount, picture, sound and receiver. We were learning as they worked and answered all our questions. The system was explained and demonstrated. A great value.

I have to finally say The Geek Squad really is a true investment for your appliances, and all the other Electronics in your household. I wouldn't spend the money if this SERVICE wasn't worth it. Truly the BEST PURCHASE at Best Buy for any of there appliances & Electronics !! They were VERY NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!

WE WERE AMAZED AT THE KNOWLEDGE AND HOW PROFESIONAL THESE INSTALLERS WERE -THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION - EXPLAINED EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT TV - REMOTE ETC. PLUS THEY ARE THE NICEST AND MOST POLITE INSTALLERS WE EVER HAD - CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE GEEK SQUARD OTHER THAN THEY ARE EXPERTS AND EXCEL IN THEIR FIELD!!

John and Ashton from the Geek Squad were amazing young men. Polite, personable and very knowledgable about how to install the mount and tv. They were awesome in showing us how to use the remote. They called to let us know the approximate time to be here, timely installing, and clean up. They also called to see if we had questions later.

We had two different geek squads come to our home. The first squad was so friendly and personable, as well as knowledgeable and informative. The second squad seemed in a hurry to complete the job, and not that friendly. Acted like they wanted nothing to do with us, and to leave. Such a contrast to the first squad - night and day.

If I had to buy another mount I would opt for the full motion mount. Even if you don't think your going to use full motion it would be nice to have the the option for not that much more in price. Also, save the box for additional hardware that may be needed if mounting a different TV, Geek Squad threw away during cleanup

We signed up for Best Buy’s TTS and it was the smartest thing we’ve ever done. Geek squad communicates well with customers, arrives on time, works efficiently and solves last minute surprises with a sense of humor and considerable professionalism. Very pleasant experience with employees at Bluffton, SC Best Buy.

These two guys were fantastic. They picked up after installing each piece we had purchased. After the installation they took the time to go over each unit and how it worked. They answered all our questions and knew what they were telling us. Well worth the money to have them install all our purchases.
