I can not say enough about our Geek squad experience. The two Geek squad members handled everything beyond my expectations, and took the time to make sure we completely understood the operation of our 82" Samsung . Never something I would try to do and appreciate the outstanding service.

I had a television mounted by two men from the geek squad. The men were knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge so that we could better operate our new television. Additionally, they were friendly, patient, efficient, and professional. Fabulous experience with these two geek squad employees.

Great Job. Notified me in a timely manner with the time frame they would be arriving. Arrived at the beginning of the time frame. Explained the work they would be doing. Recommended the right height the TV would be mounted. Work on TV mounting and Remote programming completed quickly.

The Geek Squad Agent did a fantastic job of mounting and securing my new Samsung TV. He connected all of the video components to the TV and answered my questions in a professional manner. He was efficient but did not rush through the job. I am very pleased and will use the Geek Squad again.

The Best Buy technician who installed my TV was very thorough. I had purchased a mount that pulls down over a fireplace so it wasn't the everyday mount and required careful measuring and thought before mounting. The Tech triple checked everything and got it right on the money. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the trainee who also came out didn't get my Tv remote hooked up correctly and the wireless cable box they mounted has fallen off twice. Now I have to have Best Buy come back to correct.

Adam was my installer and he was extremely helpful and nice. Installed everything neatly and perfectly and showed me how to use my new tv. Love the samsung no gap mount, a must for the 75" qled. I would most definitely recommend best buy for installing tv's and would ask for Adam if he is available.

Our Geek Squad rep was very professional, and got our tv looking great, taking the time to adjust, and measure out the best possible position on the wall to get the maximum visibility from anywhere in the room, and make sure everything was set up properly so we could jump right in to using it.

Could I have done this myself, yes but it was great to relax while they did the work. My TV weighs 80 pounds so it was a no brainer to have geek squad install instead of my wife handling the other side of the TV. The guy was professional and cleaned up when done. I highly recommend this service.

The geek squad delivered and installed our new 75” Samsung tv on the wall for us. They also hooked up a new 4K UHD Blu-ray player and our old XBox 360 to it. Afterwards they showed us all the different features and how they work. They did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend using them.

To install my wall mounted TV, two gentleman from the Geek Squad came over and solved a very technical installation over my fireplace where there was a stud in the wall. They used drills and snakes, and buttoned everything up to one would never know that the connections were all hidden. Great Job Geek Squad!

I was lucky enough to get the same AV installer that I had a few years ago. He is excellent. The installation went flawlessly, and he was very knowledgeable about the various options for accessories. Technically very good, and also did great wire management. Everything nice and tight and hidden.

The two gentleman who removed my old 42-inch Bravia TV from 12 years ago were efficient, clean, very particular, and friendly while in my home. They did a fantastic job and I would urge any Best Buy customer to consider a Geek Squad contract for all appliances and devices.

The Geek Squad personal who set up the TV and accessories knew what they were doing. They explained everything, answered any question I had and did the job quickly and efficiently. When the left every was cleaned up and looked far better then the way I put the old TV in 9 years ago.

the geek squad was professional and clean while installing . the initial team mounted everything to high - did not ask me the height. However, they stood by their service and another team came out a few days later and fixed the height issue causing minimal pain to the walls. i would use them again -

The Geek squad members that installed my new wall mounted television were very knowledgeable of the product, had it installed properly in minutes and spent the time to teach me most of the features. They also hooked up and explained the various speakers of my home theater. Well worth the cost.

The geek squad installers were amazing at mounting the TV and sound bar as well as running the HDMI cables. My wife and I did not want to see any cables after the install and they made sure everything was to our liking!! I appreciated the effort of the geek squad installers.

I've had a total of five TV's mounted by Geek Squad and they have done a great job every time. Each time, the TV was mounted, the cables/wires hidden, TV connected to existing equipment (e.g. receiver, blu-ray, etc.), trash removed and TV functionality explained. Would highly recommend

Came included w/ purchase, which was nice... They hung my Sony 75" on pre-mounted wall mount and I did the Sony 55" XBR55x930D in the bedroom, which it took quite a bit of time to unmounts / repair dry-wall / re-mount new mount and fish cables and re-organize my new set up. Happy with more experiences!!

The guys did a great job mounting my new TV and soundbar. They made sure everything was hooked up and working and helped me understand best ways to move the tilting mount to use in the positions I would use most of the time. They cleaned up before they left. Would highly recommend them.

Be sure you ask for Enrique if you live in the Bluffton, SC area because he does a great job installing and mounting TVs on walls. He'll take all the time you need to explain how your new TV works and connect to the internet. He'll also show you how to download specific apps.
