This popcorn popper is everything I wanted it to be and then some. It makes great popcorn and if your butter is softened like they tell you to do, then your butter is ready to pour on it as soon as it stops popping. It also pops almost all of the kernels. The amount of salt and butter is up to you, but I find that salt is not my friend and minimal butter is best.

Upfront Information: Hot air popped popped corn does NOT taste like hot oil popped popped corn! Very dry: needs butter, which negates the healthy part of using a hot Air Corn Popper Does its job well, but a lot of unpopped kernels get blown out of the chute onto the floor: WARNING - do not pick up kernel until they cool off!! I have subsequently purchased a popper for the micorwave oven: 1. Results is the same: dry, needs butter 2. No unpopped kernals being blow out onto the floor 3. No need for serving bowl 4. Collapable bowl makes storage MUCH easier that a hot air popper. Recommendation: 1. For best tasting popped corn, get a hot oil corn popper, or a microwave bag 2. For healthier, but less tasteful, popped corn, get a microwave popped corn maker 3. If no micorwave, buy a large bag of popped corn (Stew Leonard's or Uncle Guisseppe's, if one is near you: If not, at the supermarket) 4. Only if you don't want to use a hot oil corn popper, or you do not have a microwave oven, should you use a hot air popper.

Good for price. There are so many ways to pop corn these days. This provides a low cost way without the oil. The unit has worked fine. However it does tend to walk around on the countertop a little. It also does not look exactly like the picture in the ad.

At least 10 unpopped seeds will escape before popping begins. Helps to tilt popper back at first.

Not my favorite but its good for the price. Only Con is there's no on/off switch for this. Can be a hazard when un/plugging all the time. Other than that, Good Product.

This is a perfect popcorn maker at a great price. Took it out of the box , put in the popcorn and plugged it in. Popcorn was ready to eat in a flash. Perfect popcorn every time!

Saw this on sale and so glad I decided to try it. It makes great fresh popcorn in a matter of minutes. Clean up is quick and easy too. Great Purchase!

My kids have enjoyed making popcorn for movie night now. Very easy to setup and use. The only thing it needs is a on/off switch.

Excellent, It works best when you almost fill up the yellow measuring cup with popcorn and tip it backwards till it pops, no kernals will escape.

Through The Years I've Purchased Many Different Brands Of Hot Air Corn Poppers And Wasn't Very Happy With Them!! This One Pops Very Well!!!!

Have used it about 15 times. Much better than the microwave popper I was using. How long it last remains to been seen but for the price in our throw away society I'll just buy another one.

I am using this machine almost every day and love the fact that I can put in just enough corn to satisfy me instead of buying a big bag of popcorn from store and worry about finishing it.

Very noisy (grinding) when in use. Oily smell during popping. Only pops about 1/2 the corn due to low heating. Sides of popper heat up when in use. Would not recommend.

Makes great popcorn. No grease. No mess. Do not need to use any oil.
