    Have had for almost a year and still works great with no issues. Love how quick water gets cold and How easy it is to replace water jugs.

    Love love love this. So great. I was buying at least 2 cases of water every week now I have water delivered to my door and it's so much easier.

    I love this cooler. Bought one for my office a few years back so I bought the same one for my house. The instant hot works great for tea.

    Great water cooler fast hot water and the cold water gets cold within 5 minutes of turning on. Hot water within 3 minutes of turning on.

    Love how this unit warns you with a flashing red light, of when the water is running low before it gets empty. Plus it looks good with the gloss black finish

    thought this would be nice not having to lift the bottle to load on top. but this has already stopped pumping water and have only had for less than 30 days. should of payed the extra money for the warranty but didn't think i would get a defect!!
