An excellent bottom water dispenser. I have watched some review videos on which one should I buy. I did not get disappointment with Primo Water. Really easy to install, and it isn't that big to take a lot of space. I should have done this long time ago finally no more recycle bottles of water all over the house. I am totally recommend this bottom water to anyone wants to save money on water 10-out-10.

We bought this water station to replace a defective brand from a big warehouse store. The previous ones heating and cooling would run more than I thought it should before failing. We have noticed the runs a fraction of the time and keeps the water hot & cold perfectly. We haven’t had it very long but it already performs much better than the last we owned.

Love this dispenser! Not noisy like some complaints and my cold is cold and hot is hot! Would recommend this product!!

Our public water contains … (well, eck!). Got a dispenser elsewhere and it lasted 6 months. Got this one at Best Buy an am still using it two years later. Very nice. Easy to load. Now I do not have to mop the floors after loading it.

Its great purchase Ive made. the whole unite is great. great on the hot water n love the ice cold water. all the indication lights telling u if u out of water.

As mentioned in the summary I think this is good water dispenser as we don’t have to lift the five gallons bottle to put on the top of the dispenser. It is also good for the safety if we have toddlers at home that dispensing buttons are on the top of the dispenser and out of their reach.

this is a great product to have. No more buying bottles of water or frequent trips to the store for water. easy to install and fits anywhere. i would have giving it a 5 star but there is one thing that could be better. The Cold water could/should be colder. otherwise this is good to have.

Easy to change out tanks and water temps are good.

Have had this 2 months now. Much quieter pump than previous unit we had, good features, nice to be able to have room temp water as well as hot and cold. Runs the water bottle nearly dry instead of leaving several inches of water in bottom. So far so good.

I’ve only had the unit a little over a month. So far so good. It does run a lot and has a slight humming sound but not bad. I purchased the extra watt through Best Buy because some reviews were saying they lasted a little over a year. Time will tell but as for right now I love it.

Ecology-minded people will love to have the convenience of hot and cold filtered water. Refilling a 5-gallon jug is easy (we do so at our nearest grocery store) for less than $2.00 and without the guilt of filling the ocean with plastic bottles.

It's exactly what it says it is. I will agree that sometimes it can be loud when it's cooling water, but that doesn't bother us. It looks nice, I like the multiple temps available, and having the water underneath is great. the water comes out fast which is what we were looking for.
