Very easy to install and operate. Very cold and hot

Live in a a small apartment with my children was concerned with their ability to make a mess of the water. This dispenser was just what I wanted. Child proof so they cannot reach the buttons and not get hot water without my help. Down side there is no lock on the door so i had to tape it down to avoid my children getting in. Not a huge dealbreaker as clear tape kept my 1 year old from further investigating. Just glad I don't have to lift a 5 gallon jug of water!

I love it. I have used better though. The cold water takes time to get cold and its easy to change out the water bottles. The Pros: its give you hot and cold water The Cons: temp is not as hot or cold as I would like. Takes time to heat and cool water, Product feels cheaply made compared to similar prices comparable products, noisy, and uses more power than I would have thought. If I had to do it over again, I would do a little more research. I do love it and it works, but just feels cheap and I want the hot water to be hotter and the ice cold water to be colder.

I love the features and the price is right, but it is just too loud. The buzzing sound gets really annoying after a while. The leading part is easy and the functions are just great. I just couldn't stand the noise.

I’m very pleased with this water bottle dispenser. It does heat the water really hot and the cold water pretty cold. Only for starts because of the sound it makes and you can’t pour regular temperature water it’s only cold / hot / colder :/

The bottom loading water dispenser is a great idea because it's much easier for petite ladies and elderly to load on the bottom instead of the top. In addition, don't need to worry about cleaning the top open area. Bought this for my office for few months and working just fine.

We got this dispenser to replace an old GE that died on us. We've had it about 1 month and have had no problems. Installation was simple. Love the bottom loading feature and the water flow is way better than on our old one.

The Hot water is immediate and is great for tea n hot cereals. The 5 gallon jug is sold separately. The appliance has a sensor letting you know when the water level is low and needs to be replaced. I've had this for 3 months and we love the convenience. Packaging was solid .

Recently had to replace a defective Whirlpool water dispenser. Decided to give the Primo a try and so far it works perfectly. The cold water is very refreshing and the hot water is hot enough to brew a cup of tea.

Keeps quality water cold & hot on demand. Great way to drink more water. Hot water control has built-in safety to avoid burns. LED light is nice. Recommend & would purchase this brand again.

Bought in August of 2020. Dispenser stopped working in February of 2021. Called Primo and they sent me a new machine. The new dispenser they sent me stopped working on October 2021. Two machines go bad in less than a year worth of use is bad. Do not buy this brand. The error it is having: machine says the bottle is empty though the bottle is not.

Primo Water - Bottom-Loading Bottled Water Dispenser. It's a very good water dispenser. Cold and hot both options are available. The feature I liked the most is it water delivery. Also, no need to lift the water container saves a lot of energy.

Great product that provides clean water. Definitely would recommend.

What interest me first was the price. I also like the bottom load, the color and how it has both cold and hot. The only thing negative is that it doesn't have a light - it would be nice for those who wake up during the night to get water.
