STOP BUYING WATER BOTTLES!!!. I've had one for years but gifted mine to a sister and am now replacing. These are amazing for instant tea hot water or ice cold water

I really love that it's very hot and very cold.. The only thing I don't like is that it running all the time.. My friend like my and went out and bought one too.

I like my primo water dispenser so helpful during busy days

I’ve only had it for 2 weeks but seems great so far! Only complain at this point would be it is a little noisy compared to the dispenser I just replaced.

Love using this. easy to install new water bottles and it lets you know when it's time to refill. water is hot when poured hot and the perfect cold. highly recommend!

We love this water dispenser. The water is super cold whenever need a drink but also used hot for cooking too. Love this dispenser.

I’ve had this for a while now & never had any issues with it. Very happy with the purchase. Cold water is nice and cold & hot water is nice and hot.

This is a good product. The water comes out nice and cold and the hot water comes out really hot when used. I’m happy with it as I drink a lot of cold water.

Great water dispenser. I also use it to pour my tea and instant coffee water each morning. We even purchased a unit for my parents.

I got this water dispenser for my grandparents, not only does work amazing but it puts my mind at ease knowing they don't have to lift the 5 gallon bottle anymore.

The water comes out nice and cold.i like it but every time I change the bottle there’s always a little water on the bottom outside.

I'm impressed with this cooler. I went through two other models before this one and this one is cool-er than the others. The hot water feature works great! The family can use it straight from the tap to make ramen noodles and even Jell-O. The room temperature vs the cold is a little deceptive though as the room temp water comes out almost as cold as the cold water. My only critique would be that I wished the water would come out quicker. I'm in a situation where I need to use this cooler for all my cooking and coffee making so it takes a while to fill the pots.

I really like it, the hot water is just perfect and I like that it has a third option were is just water from the bottle and I don't have to be mixing between hot and cold.

Not bad, I love that it is bottom loaded, it makes life so much easier.

It is great for small space and I great design every on loves it .

I love the ease of the bottom loading. I would have changed the connector but I do love that it adjusts to the tops of the bottles

Like the bottle at the bottom, but worry about not knowing when it will run out. The hot water is great for tea and soups.

I've been using Brita Filters for 15 years - from spout tips to refrigerator tanks, I've used them all. But, as with everything in life, I realized that there are better products out there. As I was browsing Water Dispensers on Amazon, I came across the Primo. Reviews were outstanding on all of the websites, so I went into Best Buy to check it out. Unfortunately, the local store didn't have a huge selection, so I had to go to a few others. The Appliance Section reps walked me through everything online, reviewed other sites and even matched the lowest price out there.
