Easy to assemble by 1 person and put water bottle in place. I feel water is not cold enough - but I am used to drinking water with ice. Has a plasticky feeling to it. Main Control Switches are in the back. There is a blue light - not sure why. Ergonomic and looks nice. I have had it about 3 weeks - too early to tell predicted reliability. Not exactly cheap either.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. Primo Water dispensers range in temperatures, the cold water will generally be between 37F and 50F.
If the unit is not reaching the appropriate temperature, please follow the troubleshooting instructions below.
Turn off switches on the back and unplug your machine. While the machine is turned off and unplugged, dispense about 4 cups of water from the cold dispenser. Then, plug the machine back on and turn on only the green switch. Allow one hour for the unit to cool the water before checking the temperature.

Great water cooler!
