    We bought this water dispenser back in March of 2016 and this morning it is already not working. My cousin had the same problem with hers. If you ask me this is not a good brand. Before it broke if worked just fine, water would cool down and hot water would be very hot. In other words it is a good dispenser until it breaks.

    My house is on a well and does not have a filtration system. This unit provides a very easy to install and use option. The easier to use, the more water I find myself drinking. Guests have also found it very easy to use. Plus the bottom load option makes the unit blend in much better in the kitchen and looks much less like the "work water cooler".

    After few months of use, it generates some noise when you put the bottle in. when it tries to load the water from the bottle to the reservoir. However dispensing functionality works still great.

      Thank you for reaching out. I’d love to help you with this. Usually, when this occurs, it is because of the way the hose lays on the bottle. Dispense water, so it begins to pump, and then stop dispensing and open the door. You can usually see the hose vibrating against the bottle. Just reposition the probe, and that typically fixes it.
