Like Castlevania but with a more in depth combat system with counters, blocking, dodging, & combos. There are definitely some souls like inspiration to the game without it being too punishing or overly difficult

This is the perfect style of game for the Switch. I played it some on console, but the platform style makes it so much fun on a handheld.

This is a great game! If you love games like Metroid, you'll love this game. Everything about it is great, it's hard to put down once you get into it. Very long game too, I'm only 19 percent done and I've done at least 6 hours so far. Highly recommend, best Ubisoft game for sure

This game is so good. There are a lot of Metroidvanias out there, but rarely do you play one that actually feels like it's moving the genre forward. This is it. And it's huge for the genre while somehow not feeling like it overstays its welcome. Truly fantastic game.

Good game and nice effects, minimal challenges but enough to stay entertaining

I was able to get on a sale :) game is great i have no conplaints. Picked up in store and even added a best buy $5 reward on top of the sale price.

Great game. Sad that the studio behind this game got the axe from Ubisoft. Get your physical copies while you can. They’re reasonable affordable.

Great break from open world games. Combat is fast and extremely challenging, as well as some of the platforming puzzles you have to solve. Highly recommended. There are some short loading screens in between rooms which I doubt are there in the PS5 version.

This game is good! I like the music and the combat! The only downside is that there are many blank areas for no reason. I would not pay full price, though. Get it when it is on sale.

Been craving for a good 2D metroidvania style game on switch since Metroid dread. Though it’s a bit floaty compared to dread, the combat, combos and style dripping makes up for the constant platforming challenges that seem like a filler

It felt like forever since the last Prince of Persia game. The Metroidvania direction is not what I expected, but it is not any less welcoming. The game shows Ubisoft can still make enthralling single-player experiences.

Had my doubts, but downloaded the demo on the eshop and liked it. I'm 25% into the game and it does get very challenging which is plus. I recommend it if you're into platformers & like a beat em up challenge.
