    This seems to be running well. It burns the food on the bottom side and doesn't quite cook the top. The timing isn't quite right on it so I'm giving it a couple more weeks before I return it.

    We needed a replacement and ordered this online, it seems very flimsy and the "bake" option can only be set for maximum 30 minutes and then re-set if needed. for a baked potato, that's annoying. Also, the crumb tray is not detachable so to clean it, you have to hold it over the sink.
