    I can't speak to the toaster's performance because I didn’t use it, and am returning it. The pictures make it appear that the exterior is stainless steel. It's not. It instead is a cheap textured painted surface made to look like stainless steel. My coffee pot, coffee grinder and other kirchen appliances are all stainless steel. When placed near my stainless steel appliances, the difference sticks out like a sore thumb, a really awkward, bad look. I'd rather pay another $20 or so for an actual stainless steel toaster oven. I wish there had been more product material information in the website description.

    I purchased this item as a gift for someone and have not given it to her ye. I purchased this item because it was smaller and the person receiving it is moving into a trailer and has limited space.

    I was a little disappointed with the size of the over. I was expecting it to be a little larger. Can barely fit 4 slices of bread in it. Overpriced for the size of the over!

    worst purchase ever...main knob literally shattered in 6 pieces the first time I tried to turn it on...so disappointed...why did Best Buy stock this piece of garbage?????

    I would NOT recommend this toaster. Very flimsy and also when I toasted for the first time, it only toasted one side!!!! Yes, I did re-read the instructions. I would have taken it back but already discarded the box. Don't buy it!!!
