He didn’t get around to opening and trying it out until mid-January. The control for cooking did not work out of the box , and all it would do was go to “warm”…so it was faulty from the first time it was plugged in.

I tried to cook 2 cups of rice but the water started overflowing. I tried 1 cup of rice and the same result. Steaming and cooking rice was also messy, the water would overflow and get all over the items I was trying to steam.

Currently working with the manufacturer since I am past the time to work with BB on returning/swapping it.
