The delivery men did an awesome job moving the old frig to the garage and hooking up the water line. They strapped themselves to the frig and lifted it across my nice wood floors, which was amazing to watch. They took great care with the whole process. They were also on time when they said they would be here (actually a little earlier), and kept me informed through the whole process.

Really liked the 5 year protection plan for the following reasons: 1) The previous cooktop was a different brand purchased at a different store; the cooktop failed after 3 years. 2) Best Buy reviews showed that the Samsung had better reviews; however, like the other brand, the manufacturer warranty lasted only a year. 3) We purchased a 5 year warranty just in case. Competing brands had "extended warranties" with so many limitations and exclusions that it was a waste of money.

Best Buy removed the hassle of me trying to figure out how to get rid of our old front loader washer and dryer. Worth every penny.
