Delivery crew were prompt and efficient. I don't think it took them more than 15 minutes to removed the old unit, even waited while we clean the floor beneath it, and brought in the new unit. More than pleased with this service.

Relief at the Removal of an "Antique"

Not having to go to the dump? What is not to like?

Was included with my total tech membership I had at the time so it was "free". If you have to pay for it well the value depends on the item you are having removed. One issue for me they removed my instructions for my microwave/convection oven. I would have like to have had those for physical reference.

Awesome Decision

We actually contemplated doing it all oursleves as we used to do when we were a little younger;) There is no point to doing all that work and no true benefit to doing it ourselves. Deciding to have it all taken care of by people other than ourselves was an Awesome Decision!! And we highly recommend others to do the same as they are able!
