Absolutely horrible customer service! Installer took old dishwasher apart then said I need to pay him $200 to install a $10 part otherwise they can not install the dishwasher. They said this part was completely separate from Best Buy. I told him I wanted to refuse the delivery. He said he has to leave the new dishwasher at the house. MY CLIENTS TENANT WAS UPSET AND SAID SHE CAN'T HAVE TWO DISHWASHERS SITTING IN HER KITCHEN. I WAS EXTORTED TO PAY THE DELIVERY GUYS $150 AFTER HE SO KINDLY TOOK $50 OFF! WELL GUESS WHAT! MY CLIENT ISN'T GOING TO PAY THAT SO THAT CAME OUT OF MY POCKET AND I WANT IT BACK. I MANAGE SEVERAL PROPERTIES AND DEPEND ON HOENST COMPANIES TO TAKE CARE OF MY BUSINESS, MY CLIENTS BUSINESS AND MY TENANTS. THESE INSTALLERS FAILED!!!!!! ON TOP OVER EVERYTHING ELSE THEY CHIPPED THE COUNTERTOP AND INSTALLED THE ELECTRICAL CABLE IN A WAY THAT GETS WRAPPED UP IN THE TURNING SHELVES. GRADE F WORK!!

I love this stove. The only thing i have a issue with is the broiler. It is electric and the element is small. So it takes some time to broil or toast things other than that this gas stove cooks great top and oven. Oh the bottom drawer could be a bit more sturdy and the oven racks could be thicker.

The dishwasher is quiet and has a smooth sleek design. I have no complaints about the design and operation. Bestbuy customer service is very efficient if you need to make any changes in the services or orders. My old dishwasher broke right before the Christmas holiday and I ordered the new one from Bestbuy online and the delivery was fast.

I bought a bigger TV to go above my fireplace and they removed the old one off the mount for me. It did take them a few minutes to figure out how to loosen it from the mount but overall they did a great job very professional and knowledgeable.

Unbelievable. No words. First of all I did not have very many choices because I have an odd space. This was the only luxury fridge that was 70 inch. I was hesitant about no handles. I got the fridge and absolutely LOVE IT. It looks like a sub zero. It looks better than a sub zero because I had a sub zero! Sooo much space. So luxurious. Really quiet. Bright led. But the best part is my food!! All these months I’ve been living with a crappy broken down unit and didn’t realize the poor quality food I was eating. My food is GREAT AND FRESH. EVEN IF this breaks, I will buy another one. But I hope it dosnt. I have a good feeling it won’t. Soooo happy. Sooo rich looking and so nice. I had yogurt and it was like eating ice cream. In the past my yogurts were runny. What a difference!!!

Not to mention efficient- the installation was done without mistake or scratch and quick. Appreciate the excellent customer service and installation. I recommend this crew and bestbuy! This duo should be a trainer for the rest of the team.

Jason and Wilber had no trouble wearing mask while they were in my home. They installed my new fridge and carefully hauled away my old one. And trust me it was a BIG old fridge. Just check out the pic. They had to take off my door to get it out then they placed the door back on carefully. They had set up my new fridge in just minutes (minus the water line installation - I choose to do that myself) They were very informative about the haul away. They told me that the whole fridge and its parts would be recycled. I love that!

Very professional installers came and took away our old washer and dryer. They called to let us know they were on their way and arrived on schedule. Much easier than trying to load these in the back of my vehicle.
