Getting rid of broken down appliances in the city is a pain. I was so glad that Best Buy offered the option to have my old washer hauled away with the delivery and that they would recycle and use what they could from it. Gave me peace of mind that I wouldn't have to schedule a special pickup and have it sitting my front lawn while waiting. They performed the service perfectly.

They came to our house, unpacked, installed the new, and moved the old out in about 20 min. Took all the trash with them and it was great.

That’s the beauty of buying a new product…they will haul away the old one and you don’t have to figure out how to schlep it somewhere to responsibly dispose of it

I had to pay but the haul away is good. If you can't dispose of it yourself it saves you the trouble. The guys didn't say a word but that's ok.

The guys knew what they were doing, they came in, hauled out my big French door refrigerator with ease and moved in the new fridge. Great job!!

Two workers were nice and removed my old refrigerator and set up my new one. They installed the shelves, made sure it worked and leveled it, upon request.

The delivery men easily wheeled the item away and were careful not to hurt other items in my home.

Best Buy Geek Squad personnel were professional and efficient. There was an old TV mounted above fireplace with sound bar attachment and in no time they were able to take it down and haul it away. They had to carry it up a stairway. That ship has sailed for me for sure. Well worth the nominal charge from Best Buy. They also brought the new TV down the stairs and set it up and hauled away the boxes.

I can't say enough good things about the delivery of my new freezer and removal of the old one. Communication was excellent. Staff was friendly and polite. Great group of employees.

As part of its holiday appliance promotion, BBY agreed to remove and dispose of a larger, heavier inoperable refrigerator when it delivered the new replacement frig. It's not easy to move large furniture and appliance products in or out of our home, and it was snowing like crazy, but the two installation guys worked really well together to make the delivery, installation of the new unit, and removal a quick and efficient process. Top-notch work from a top-notch team.
